Video Poker survey done by Wizard of Vegas

Introduction

This video poker survey was done by testing randomly selected 25-cent video poker machines at each casino with a hotel component. Only standard five-coin games were included in the survey, as opposed to exotic new games that required an extra wager to invoke some kind of feature. A return based on optimal player strategy was assumed. I deliberately sought out average machines as opposed to promotional ones advertising liberal returns. The average return shown is the average of all games found in that casino.
