AP plays they don't know about. But
once they find out it's batten down
the hatches. This play has an exp date,
they all do. The biggest mistake all

You still dont understand how the players card play works
Your suggestion that it is one step above using a lightwand pretty much says it
As for longevity show me any position in any field where someone is guaranteed not to lose their employment.

Alright guys im about to do the next part for the 2nd time. Hopefully I dont hit the wrong button this time
The main problem was going to be convincing my daughter of this. Every time I spoke to her she told her fiance everything that was said. I needed her separated from him.
I called her mother as they were at her house.
I explained I needed her in the room on her moms phone and why. Her mother was concerned, called her in and told her I was on the phone.
"Yes, Dad?"
"Listen. Dont get upset or hang up. I have some news for you. Your fiance is on parole for robbery in the 2nd degree."
I heard my daughter exhale heavily but not a surprise tone but rather exasperated. "Dad, I know about that. I dont know how you found out but I know. He told me when we met. He's done his time. He has been going dutifully to his parole officer. He never misses a date and they check up on him every 3 days. He is about to get married. His life is turned around. Why would he mess that up? This shouldn't be an issue."
"What?" I half screamed. "You are dating a guy who is a convicted robber and now my house has been robbed and you dont see an issue?"
"Dad, he didnt do it. I know who did it. Why are you not looking at your girlfriend. You refuse too and she is taking advantage of you"
"Because when you get robbed you dont look at the person who has never done any crimes and never done anything to you first, you look at the guy with the history of such crimes. Thats just logic."
"And this is why I didnt tell you, Dad. I knew you wouldn't accept him if you knew. Any time there is something like this, he would always be your first suspect. That's not fair to him."
"NOT FAIR TO HIM! I JUST GOT ROBBED," I screamed.
"Goodbye, Dad."
The phone clicked off. I instantly redialed. Her mom picked up and I could hear loud shouts from the other room.
Her mom telegraphed my request. "She is not coming to the phone. She's screaming at her fiance that you are trying to separate them and all types of stuff."
"Tell her to come to the phone. Please."
She must have placed the phone on the bed because I heard her in the distance saying, "come talk to your father. He just got robbed. You are being very disrespectful by not even talking to him."
More unintelligible shouts and her mother picked up the phone. "She wont come. They're packing their bags and leaving."
"Do not let them leave. That guy is dangerous."
"I will try but not sure how."
I listened anxiously until suddenly there was quiet. Her mother came to the phone.
"They're gone. Sorry. I told her to at least leave the grandkids but she took them too. She said everyone wants her marriage not to happen and she wont be coming back."
There was nothing I could do except maybe call and text her to speak to me. Of course her phone rang until voicemail picked up and she ignored my texts. She just wasn't going to speak with me.
I paced the room anxiously hoping against hope she would see reason and call when the phone suddenly rang. It was my ex-girlfriend.
I apprised her of the situation. My ex-girlfriend said, "that girl is in love. She is not gonna listen to you."
"I have to make her listen to reason."
"Now just playing devil's advocate here. What if you are wrong? You might lose your daughter over this. You dont really have any evidence."
"Yes, its circumstantial but too many things at once for me to be wrong. The lie detector test he waffled on and his criminal record for robbery and a willingness to go rob my girlfriend. Dont you see its him."
"I agree everything seems to be pointing more and more to him. You just need to be sure," she cautioned.
"This amount of circumstantial evidence has put men behind bars before. Look I would love some smoking gun to fall from the heavens but you know that never happens."
After our conversation I thought about where this whole situation could go. My daughter was on fhe move but still had a schedule to follow. She would be reaching out to certain people for pickups and gambling.
This guy was going to follow her every move. He wanted more money. He didnt have enough. He probably never would. He would take until the well was dry.
I needed to turn off the faucet.
I stared at my cellphone for ten long minutes.
Then I prepared a blanket text to all the team members I knew would or were most likely to have contact with my daughter and wrote the words I never imagined I would be writing.
THERE IS TO BE NO CONTACT WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR ANY REASON OR ANY BUSINESS CONDUCTED WITH HER AT THIS TIME...until further notice.
I stared at the words for 30 seconds and then hit the send button

That's my opinion of where this move
belongs on my rating system. I have
very little respect for crappy moves
like this, no matter how much they
bring in. It's right up there with
stuffing an extra pound of fried shrimp
in your pockets or purse at an all
you can eat restaurant.
Quote: darkozAs for longevity show me any position in any field where someone is guaranteed not to lose their employment.
There are lots of them. It's not possible to
get fired from most gov't jobs unless
you kill somebody or just quit going
into work. It's comical that you think
this is 'employment'.
Another reaction that only a guilty person would take.
I still think there is a twist coming.
Quote: darkozWell guys I just spent 20 minutes writing the next part, hit the wrong button and lost it all.
Crap!
Gimme a fee hours to cool down
Do us a favor, for those of us who are in the know: just keep hitting the wrong button.
But let's assume this story is true (some of us have our doubts)...
Blabbed to others, unnecessarily, about where money and such was stashed.
Was then horrified, naively, to find out there was a robbery.
Has not/did not notify police of aforementioned robbery (for reasons that are understandable) yet won't say why a private investigator wasn't hired and prefers to become his own private dick to investigate on his own (oh, the hubris!).
And now, this AP gig has driven a wedge between father and daughter who may or may not be on speaking terms based off a mistake from the leader of this whole crew.
Like I suggested: spare us the futile attempt at creative writing and get your house in order instead (i.e. hit that "CANCEL" button again!).
This critique should not be taken as overly rude or negative as a thick skin must have been developed by now in that AP line of work.
We all make decisions in our life that defy logic.
Quote: boymimboThe lesson here is that people are fallable, be it darkoz for making his operation more public than it should have been, the fact that his daughter fell in love with a convicted robber, or that fiance, with everything looking good for him, decides that the temptation of stealing trumps the life that he could lead on the straight path.
We all make decisions in our life that defy logic.
Read my above post on why I think he is NOT the robber. I honestly think it's her EX. My opinion may be unpopular, but her EX boyfriend seems much more shadier than the ex convict former Robber.

We only get to see the breadcrumbs that DarkOz wants us to see.
I think his girlfriend and his daughter’s fiancé are already married. The name of the movie is “Ocean’s One and a Half.”

Wow, I love this brilliant guess. DarkOz's girlfriend was stated to be much younger than him, so it fits,
And let's take it one step further. In order to secretly keep tabs on DarkOZ, surely his much-younger girlfriend would have joined the WOV forum in order to read his posts, right? Perhaps, as cover, she poses as a lottery numbers player from Florida?

ty otkryl moy sekret! Bozhe moy, vy vzorvali moye prikrytiye! moy paren' poteryayet vse doveriye ko mne! O.O ya prosto shuchu ;)
Through the next 2-3 hours I was fielding phone calls non-stop. That text message had naturally sent shockwaves through the team. Everyone pretty much knew my daughter and were expressing disbelief.
Team members were also calling to discuss taking trips for replacement cards. Many were going to change their pins just to be on the safe side which was fine by me. Everyone was working out their schedules.
And no one had heard from my daughter. She was not at any of her friends houses. I was concerned she would make the wrong choices due to the Svengali-like hold this man had over her.
She had been pushing for the robbery of my girlfriend. That meant she could be persuaded by her fiance theoretically into something stupid! Something criminal! Something she might not be able to simply walk away from.
Of course, I still didnt have any smoking gun evidence that it was her fiance and I was quite certain it would not appear. As I told my ex-girlfriend smoking guns dont just fall from the heavens. But I knew it was him. There was no doubt in my mind!
My mind uneasy my son tried to persuade me to eat. It had been nearly 36 hours since I had any sustenance. We went to a decent chicken spot and I ordered a leg and thigh for myself. I wasnt eating much and my son admitted maybe this was the only way to get me to lose weight.
Then his phone rang and after a moment my son said he needed to take it outside. The restaurant was too noisy.
The chicken spot had glass doors and I watched as he spent some time animatedly making gestures on the phone. He kept looking at the phone then back to his ear and then at the phone again. It was obvious he was contemplating something
I sat and watched. And ate.
After about ten minutes he hung up the phone and rejoined me.
"That was Mom. I think you need to call her."
My heart was beating. My children's mom usually only called me if there was a problem with the kids. Of course in this situation it was different. Still I knew she wouldn't call me if she had nothing to add or say.
"Have you heard from them?" I quickly asked through the earpiece.
"No, not a word. But your daughter and fiance sure ran out of here as quickly as possible. They packed everything up and left... except for one thing."
"What?"
"Her fiance left his cell phone in the charger on the wall. And it isn't password protected. I just went through it. Im gonna send you all the incriminating stuff."
"Wow!" I stammered out.
Sometimes smoking guns do fall from the heavens!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There was no discussion of a robbery. Nothing quite as dramatic as that inside the phone.
But there was enough!
Selfies of him playing with loads of cash! Having them spread out before him!
Here are a few so you guys can see for yourself.
There were texts of him sending my full address to at least 2 people.
He was close friends with someone who openly claimed to be a lock pick pro and thief
It appeared he was conversing with other women. There was one conversation where he described his location with my address and kind of blew off when asked what he was doing there. In other words he was being secretive with this other person about his relationship with my daughter
But the most incriminating text was the following:
Here read it for yourself. I'm tired of being called a liar.
I forwarded everything to my current and ex-girlfriend. They both were finally in agreement about something.
My ex-girlfriend put it succinctly. "ITS HIM! NO DOUBTS! He just admitted he is on the run and facing 2 years out finishing his sentence when they catch him. He needs the money to make his move. Is that all your money in the pictures?"
"Well, it sure as heck ain't his. Its not all of it but he had this accomplice so I didnt expect him to have it all."
"Hes gonna run, baby. Any day now!"
"Why hasnt he run yet, that's what I'm curious about?"
"Baby, you dont know where he is! He's already run. And he has your daughter and the kids."
"Crap," I said, running my hand through my hair nervously. I could imagine the worst. "He will suggest they leave town and start anew. He might confess he has the money and talk her into running with him.
They have money, the kids, each other. Maybe she will and maybe she wont. She wants to get married so bad who knows?"
"But she has to know about his parole violation. Then she will understand there isnt going to be any marriage. He is not showing up in City Hall with his ID and obtaining court documents while probation is hunting him."
"Well, she isnt accepting my calls. And I doubt she would listen if she did."
"You can't just do nothing! They got the grandkids! They are in danger! People get desperate when they are on the run especially after this whole incident. You have to send her the pics you sent me. Then she will see them without you having to call her."
That made sense. But I ran through the different scenarios and didn't enjoy what I envisioned.
"If I just send her the texts she might pack up with the kids and quietly leave but you and I both know her. I doubt that's what would happen. More likely she will confront him, start crying and then beating him. And with him on the run who knows how dangerous that situation could become."
"Then we need to confront her face to face," suggested my ex-girlfriend. "I will talk to her. I have been in her life since she was five. I'm like a mother who's not her mother. She will listen to me. All you need to do is figure out where she is."
"That I dont know but I'm pretty certain I know where she will be tonight and the weekend. The grandkids complained Harrahs pool was for adults only and the kids pool was closed for the winter a few weeks ago. I told her to book Ocean Resorts. The pool is open for kids. She paid in advance. Its not even comped. She was supposed to meet me there Sunday. With very few places to go and the room paid in advance I'm certain we can intercept them there."
"I'll let the babysitter know for tomorrow. We'll leave in the morning. You dont know what room she is going to be in."
"I know her name! They will call her room and if we are there I dont think she will refuse to come down."
"This dude is not going to let her out of his sight if he knows you are there. You think he might try something inside a casino?"
"Most likely not but who can tell with a cornered rat. People HAVE been murdered inside casinos."
"With all them cameras?" She asked.
"The murder is on camera. You're still dead."
I thought about a solution. "We need backup in case this goes sour. Her fiance is a big guy. Six foot six."
"I know. Call your former son-in-law. We need him"
After sending the pics and telling my former son-in-law our plan it was all I could do to rein him.
"WHAT ARE WAITING FOR TOMORROW FOR. WE SHOULD BE HEADING THERE NOW. I'M GONNA BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA THIS GUY!!!!"
I explained this is a rescue operation not a revenge mission. And we didnt know what time they would be checking in tonight. Knowing my daughter it would be late. She had a bit of Vampire in her. Wake late stay up late.
With him calmed I called one more person. Might as well play this safe. One of my middle echelon boys was a big guy. Football player big!
Not only did he say he was coming he wanted to bring some other football player sized guys who he had recruited into the team. "Let me tell you they are real pissed this guy is messing with our money."
We settled on just him and my former son-in-law. I didn't want some bloodbath on my hands either. Their purpose was just protection. Seeing them should keep my daughter's fiance from doing something stupid.
When I informed my ex-girlfriend of who was joining us she was real invigorated. "Whooee! That guy aint trying shit with him in the room. He'll probably piss in his pants."
It was on. The rescue operation of my daughter and grandkids was set for the following morning.

DarkOz's daughter's fiancé is taking pics with about 20K and has the pics on an unlocked phone found by the daughters mother.
