6/8 Put Bets with 20X odds

This guy filmed action at a live craps table. He was betting on the 6, 8 & PL or just the 6 or 8 if the PL was the opposite 6 or 8. He would make a put bet with 20X odds on the 6 &/or 8, in addition to betting the PL with 20X odds. Those put bets would lose on a 7-winner and the odds would be returned to him but he would just tell the dealer to make his odds bet a place bet during the come-out after he lost and reset his put bet after the point was established, so he wasn't bumping up against the table maximum at that table.
$25 put with $500 odds pays $625
$50 put with $1,000 odds pays $1250
$75 put with $1,500 odds pays $1875
$100 put with $2,000 odds pays $2,500
$125 put with $2,500 odds pays $3125
$150 put with $3,000 odds pays $3750
$175 put with $3,500 odds pays $4375
$200 put with $4,000 odds pays $5,000
$225 put with $4,500 odds pays $5,625
$250 put with $5,000 odds pays $6,250
$275 put with $5,500 odds pays $6,875
$300 put with $6,000 odds pays $7,500
Orange chips are $1,000 chips.

Now I'm thinking some of the tables in my area have a $500 maximum with 5X odds on the 6/8. I could be betting a $500 put with $2500 odds to get around that low limit. I'd have to read the card real careful at the table to see if there is an amount of odds bets I can't go over, like $1500; and does the casino allow me to even make a put bet like this to get around their bet limits.

Another casino in the area has 10X odds and a $2,000 bet limit with a $6,000 odds limit. So I could bet $600 put with $6,000 odds there. That would win $7,800. Hit 10 of those in a hot hand over 3 numbers each and I'd be nearing a quarter million dollars ahead.

This shooter bought in with $50K and he's up over $30K in half an hour.
