Kasich is also talking about coming in.

That would be great if he got the

Bill Weld, the other republican candidate.

Former Massachusetts' governor.

Weld previously was the 2016 Vice Presidential nominee of the Libertarian Party on the Gary Johnson ticket.

Weld has described himself as fiscally conservative, with goals of slashing spending and balancing the budget. For this reason, he has been described as a "classic conservative"

Weld has been strongly pro-choice for the entirety of his career.

Weld has been a consistent supporter of LGBT rights, and the right of same-sex marriage. He believes that this is a fundamental human right.

Trivia -Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sole federal contribution on record went to Weld. Mueller wrote Weld two checks totaling $450 during Massachusetts’ 1996 U.S. Senate race, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.

Serious question:

How much would you sell your vote for (the minimum amount it would take)? You have to vote for the person you hate the most / like the least.

How much would you pay to have someone vote how you want? (that's a zero for me)

We are going to assume it's legal for you and the other person.

I should add that the "inconvenience fee" of having to leave the house will likely (certainly) raise the price well over its value. The vote I'd trade for a new Bic lighter. Standing in line with other townfolk runs at least a base fee of $20 plus $1.29 a minute.

I think part of it (and it goes both ways) is it's extremely difficult to come up with a figure as for what someone to pay you to alter your intended vote. It's easy to say "I'd do it for $5" if you don't care at all and it can also be easy to say "I wouldn't do it for any amount of money". But that's because it's just a discussion and the "reality" of it doesn't exist.

If someone whom babs trusted 100% went up to her as she was about to cast her vote and he said, "Here is a bag with $100k (or $1M) cash in it. You can inspect it and verify it's all there, no problems with it, etc. I'll give you the bag & cash if you vote for Trump" and she truly believed the person would give her the bag if she voted for Trump....then it's possible her answer would be different. Then again, maybe it is true that babs wouldn't vote for Trump for any amount of money.

I'm not saying babs is lying or anything like that, I think it's just a stupid question that you can't really answer honestly. It's more of a "You have to actually be presented with the situation, not a hypothetical" to answer it well.

As for me -- I really don't know. I won't say that I won't do it for any amount of money, but I think I'd definitely hesitate for anything less than $1k. But hey, if someone wants to put up a genuine offer for an amount they'd pay me to vote for Trump, I'd definitely consider taking the offer.

While tens of thousands of American troops fought and died in unnecessary wars, believing that BS, the pols allowed tens of millions of foreigners to invade the country and plunder what the dead left behind.

In a few years, they will all be legal and voting dem. Millions already are.

You are spot on! WWI, Korea, and Vietnam did not threaten our right to vote. Nor does Libya or Syria. Geopolitical importance, yes for some, no for others. Gotta be real about it.

Same people who say "they fought for your right to vote!" are against any law that insures a clean election, such as Voter ID, no same-day registration, etc. They want us on a path where they can load a few big cities up with as much voter fraud as needed when they abolish the EC. I am saying the USA does not survive as a unified country for 50 more years. The fractures are not just political but social. Half or more of children born out of wedlock. West coast cities becoming third world with a super-rich upper class but at the same time record homeless. Exploding use of recreational drugs. 40% or so of the population unable to handle a $1,000 emergency.

It will only last until the USD is no longer the reserve currency. Then it is over. USA breaks into 5-6 smaller nations.

It will only last until the USD is no longer the reserve currency. Then it is over. USA breaks into 5-6 smaller nations.

Thats funny. Manhattan a 3rd world location

My image of 3rd world countries are a bunch of people farming the land, cows n pigs in mud, people bending over with tools to mow down wheat and/or arid dry lands where water is scarce and poor folk in cabins scrounge for daily sustenance and the nearest place for supplies is many miles away

Maybe, maybe not. After WWII, in Sci/Fi
books and stories, it was year 2000 and
the US was gone, poof. No way it would
last another 50 years. Hundreds of
different scenarios as to why. Wars been
over for almost 75 years and we're still
number one, thanks to Trump.

LOL! Whatever, man. I was at Target yesterday
and 90% of the parking lot was SUV's. People
drove from 'miles away' in $45,000 chariots.
Pitiful..

Naw. Most people are much better than you imagine. We'll keep it together, get past this hysterical Trump nonsense, and listen to our better angels. All of us together are more than our singularity.

You can go start a new country somewhere if you like. I don't think America would miss your negativity much. It would die out in one generation, though, without any women (which you push so heavily so often). So good luck with that.

Even Joe Biden agrees that NYC is 3rd world. Next you'll be trying to sell me that the smell of urine in the streets on a hot summer afternoon is a cultural experience.

Unless other big nations completely fracture, a bunch of US nation states will be weak sauce. It's a stupid game plan, unless you really like bowing to Putin.

Anybody here paying attention? Biden was
on the The View, and the NYT described
him as 'bumbling and incoherent'. Bernie
is out there saying the Boston Bomber
should be allowed to vote from prison.
Even CNN is asking him, did you really
say that? Really?

Really? We already have states openly making honoring treaties with other nations that the Feds pulled out of, also making their own immigration policy. We have the Calexit movement, even if it is not going big it is a start. We have perhaps 30% of the nation who do not at all even accept that Trump won fair and square. Some of them are as I have stated making not liking the POTUS grounds for impeachment. That does not even begin to address the plain flat out social collapse all over, the attempt to make a genderless society for just one.

Get me some pioneer manly men and some coastal area in Central America. We will build a new Singapore or Hong Kong. We will get the women from places where women want to be women and wives, not try to be men. They will flow in.

You might want to update what Third World is. Much is urbanized, people living in shacks near the cities. San Francisco, Seattle, LA, and others are starting to look strangely like Brazil.

In 1979 the USSR was on the march and seemed unstopable all over the world. 13 years later the USSR ceased to be as a country. Not a shot was fired, well mostly. A skirmish here and there, but nobody thought it would happen the way it did.

Trump will hold it together for 6 more years. Chances are after him we do not get someone with near the command posture and presence as he has. IOW, not another alpha male. 2020s are going to be violent and societal changing, similar to the 1960s except no war driving it all. This time it will be different, probably racial, with the open hate for white history now on college campus spreading in many ways. Demographic change on this scale rarely is peaceful.

I'm just hoping the "Deep State" can continue to keep Trump semi-rational and at least partially in check for 2 more years until we have a new POTUS.

Wasn't it Trump's granddad who stood on the deck of the Titanic on its maiden voyage and declared it "HUGE" and "the greatest and safest ship that ever sailed!"

Or was that a dream I had last night?

Oh, well, it's as good as any fake news our President makes up, so I'm going with it being true.

Trump is so in reality that the deep state hates him so much.

People who deny thousands of attempted illegal border crossings is not an emergency do not live in reality.

Keep making your chains, when you make them yourself at least they will be comfortable.

And Donald said this at his rally last night about abortion:

“The baby is born; the mother meets with the doctor. They take care of the baby. They wrap the baby beautifully. Then the doctor & mother determine whether or not they will execute the baby.”

What a f***ing psychopathic liar.

Last time I was in LA (2 months ago) it did not resemble Brazil.

Some strange fantasy of yours. If it makes you feel better that left leaning cities are decaying (while bemoaning that its really you who is affected) go right ahead

Perhaps you should google "LA Homeless." Or learn about the gang infested areas, where men are afraid to leave their blocks.

Brazil has nice areas like Brentwood, I am sure.

It does make me feel better that the most liberal cities tend to be the ones most in decay as it shows how liberalism is a failure. Detroit to LA, same results. Just CA has palm trees.
