this is my 3rd day after having taken Metamucil
my appetite is way, way less - and my snacking which was out of control has almost completely stopped
I don't use a scale because to me that takes the joy out of trying to lose weight
but I feel lighter and just from looking in the mirror I can tell that my big ass belly is less than what it was 3 days ago
so, right now I'm very positive about this - a surprise - I wasn't expecting to be so positive

There was a lot of BS happening. When they opened the border a few years ago it was stipulated that you had to be going on an educational trip. So cruise lines hired people to give "educational" tours. So if you wanted to gonfeom ship to beach, the person driving you would give you a little history lesson and that fulfilled the requirement. It had to be done with an approved company and Inam sure to be approved just meant you have someone money. I think we can still go but only to specific areas and we have to fly, no cruise ships.

Americans have always been able to go to Cuba. You just had to go thru Canada or Mexico. Cuban immigration would give you an entrance visa but not stamp your passport if you traveled on an American passport.
Most Americans are eligible for second passports. I used to travel on an Irish one, obtained as at least one of my grandparents was born there.
It's the American Government who doesn't want it's citizens there, not the Cuban.
Some serious food for thought- thanks to the embargo, very few elevator parts have made it there for fifty plus years, so any you ride in will be patently unsafe and jerryrigged. Go native and walk the stairs.

Watching Roman Polanski "The Ninth Gate"
Most unrealistic part is not finding a book co-written by Satan.
Most unrealistic part is Johnny Depp inside the rare book store where both he and the proprietors chain smoke cigarettes around 17th century original book antiquities.
As a book collector myself I found myself cringing at the abuse.
To a book collector smoking around antique books (which seeps into the paper) is worse than lighting up while filling up your tank at a gas station
One of the proprietors even drops ash on the cover of a book which only has 3 copies in existence. Its as if Polanski was trying to goad the real collectors in the audience with cringeworthy scenes
EDIT: Its gotten worse. Now Depp is going thru the priceless book page by page smoking a cig in one hand (touching pages with that hand, cripes) WHILE simultaneously holding and sipping a red chablis (spilled drops anyone) at a dining table ON A MOVING HIGH SPEED EXPRESS TRAIN.

My organization is asking for a vote for the 2020 convention. The last 2 years and this year it has been the 3rd week in october which screws me for G2E. For 2020 they are asking for a vote on a date/place
October 15-16, 2020 – Caesar’s Palace
October 8-9, 2020 – Planet Hollywood
I don't care about the place but I would like to come during G2E. I can not find anything about 2020. Does anyone happen to have inside info as to when it might be.

I interviewed this girl that was mid 20s and gorgeous. Prior to making an offer I did my due diligence and checked her facebook and instagram. I found some very raunchy pics that she had which were no on private so I did not hire her to prevent METOO plus jealousy from other woman.
