Sigh. Must be nice to have such a selective memory.

(CNN) A new study suggests Obama had the most liberal voting record in 2007.

Not only won't he be impeached,
he will serve a full 8 years. I like
how everybody throws the word
around like it's a real possibility.
Parties do NOT impeach their own
presidents. It's the kiss of death
for their brand, for the sitting
members of congress in that party.

On what basis are you claiming this as a fact?
Two US Presidents have been impeached. One was done by a Congress controlled by his party, one was not.
The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction is supposed to make sense.

Yah, politics was slightly different in the
1860's than it is now. there's a reason
no party has impeached it's own
sitting president since then. They learned
a lesson the hard way. No president
has ever been impeached out of office.
And congress didn't impeach either
Johnson or Clinton, the House did.
The Senate voted not to remove.

Trump has as much chance of being
impeached as the EC vote had of failing
to vote for him.
Zero chance.

Always remember, Clinton was impeached not for the legion of women who claimed he sexually
harassed them, or even the use of his power to sexually use a young woman in the Oval. He was impeached by the house for lying under oath.

Not the least of it is that Clinton is a convicted perjurer who was fined and disbarred.

And his wife thought she could be president
by riding his coattails. I don't think she would

She's not likable, she's the opposite of likable.

easy Trump would be to beat if

Trump is president, why would we
take any of your silly predictions

Thankfully, we have the greatest political system in the world. We have checks and balances. We give opportunity to people that want to better themselves and make a difference in this world. We live in the greatest country on earth. We need to stay hungry, productive, and diligent. All great empires have eventually seen their demise due to complacency and ignorance.

When was the last time a majority of Americans didn't think the incoming president could actually do the job?

I don't mean whether they like or dislike his policies, I mean whether he can do the job at all. Look at the poll numbers. They're embarrassing in comparison to either Obama or Bush.

You do realize those 538 people (electoral college) aren't typically just voting for whomever the hell they want.....but for whomever the people of their states voted for? (This is a rhetorical question.)

If you didn't understand how things operated, you wouldn't have understood the reference. And since you *do* understand how things operate, you've been deliberately obtuse by rejecting statistics. You can play dumb or you can play smart, but you can't do both consistently. Pick a side, friend.

Denying the validity of statistics is as honest as denying the validity of nuclear chemistry or archaeology, but you're not claiming that the Earth is only 6000 years old just because you don't believe in carbon-14 dating or because you've seen paintings in Ken Ham's living room of a boy riding a dinosaur.

Which part is nonsense -- the part about a boy riding a dinosaur?

That's from Ken Ham's wild imagination and is the sort of thing one might believe if one denies the validity of scientific methods.

Why do you hold this belief? Is it your RELIGION and your belief that your invisible friend in the sky couldn't care less about starving children in the world, or the diseases spreading all over, but my oh my he SURELY cares what a woman does with her body that should be between her and her primary care physician??? Grow up and be a logical adult instead of a child believing in santa clause (or whatever name you want to call him/it/her/etc).

*Disclaimers: I'm an independent. No I'm not an atheist. No I'm not any kind of vegetarian. Yes I think everyone is entitled to their own wrong beliefs. No I don't think you should be able to impose/enforce YOUR beliefs on others.

Religion is like a penis. It's fine to have one. Most who have one are very proud of it... and no it's not okay to try to force yours on me.

Yes - I'm pro-abortion... I'm also pro-adoption, pro-birth control, pro-abstinence, pro-reality, and pro-RIGHTS for people to make their own damn decisions that don't affect me.

Trump LIED during the debates claiming they were "ripping" arms and legs out of women to use simple psychological fear on simple minded people to make them think this was really a thing... when it is NOT. People hear "ripping arms and legs" and suddenly it's "oh my lord we must do something about this!" rather than "hmmm, I wonder if the crap he's spewing out is legit/factual/relevant" and that's the problem with society and why fake news is spreading like it is. People are lazy moronic idiots who don't want to do a lick of research to find out the truth. They just take the first bits of idiocy thrown at them or by whomever is shouting the loudest instead of who's more accurate. Same idiots don't vaccinate their children. Same idiots think climate change isn't real. Our world is legitimately heading towards the movie/documentary Idiocracy. Idiots are out-breeding intelligent people.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I showed this to my wife. After she finished laughing her response was that she is perfectly happy going thru life with neither a penis nor a religion.
My goal of being well informed conflicts with my goal of remaining sane.
