Since my objective is to maximize the dent to the Wizard's wallet, I asked my captain to vote "share" and would encourage everyone else to do the same.
If some team steals, they're talking about a big $2.00 AT MOST each, instead of a little more than $.50 . Two teams, you're already down to $1.00 . I think we can all enjoy picking extra money from Wizard better than tip jar change. JMO.

I take it as we are teams again but each individual sends his vote to the Wizard which is where the "If everyone votes share" comes in. I would also assume this means all who vote not everyone because every round will have a few folks who cant vote for whatever reason. I have sent my share vote to the wizard. With the doubling of prizes this round it makes sense to cooperate and everyone vote share. If this is not correct I am on team 2 with "gordonm888" and vote me how the team votes
I am on vacation so my forum visit opportunities may be limited, and while I probably could wait until Friday morning, I don't want to risk it.

I'd rather not say what goes into it, but happy to answer all questions at the end of the game. All except for the "big questions" like why I did the game or what I learned from it. I still don't know those answers from the last one.

Really? Since I am the captain of Team 2, I find this fascinating. I am leaning towards SHARE but there is plenty of time to strategize with my team and hear what other teams are doing.

Aye will be captain, as during the final hours (tonight into tomorrow morning) I will be at work where they often block access to WoV.
I have to commend Mike for throwing a wrinkle in that adds the spice he was looking for. Since I have already committed to share my winnings, there will never be an advantage for me to steal at THE EXPENSE of others. However, since there are members who are not going to share, they DO have an incentive for stealing.
To me, the main thrust of this game is to beat Mike as a whole, not make a few dollars more for myself. So if Mike offers up an extra $10, wresting that from him is the primary goal. I would hope all groups vote share.
Still all in for pooling it and spinning the total into something bigger which means we all work cooperatively to get the most from the Wizard hence the share vote to get the extra $$
More $$ in the pot at the end means more chances to spin it up into mega $$$$ (lol)

I don't get what complexity people want... Since the individual wins would be meaningless (maybe a dollar or two) in the end, most opted to pool the funds to do something more fun with them and attempt to parlay the winnings in to something more real (maybe a hundred or more per person?)... That being the end game the point of "this" game is to maximize the coin we get from the Wizard... meaning we need to just get max coin per round. There shouldn't be any complexity... if there was that would just mean that we'd all lose out on our 25 cents for this round... at some point I see this getting back into individual votes allowing some debauchery and chaos to go on otherwise the wizard should just give us the 100 bucks or so he is kicking in because this is so easy to manipulate.
If he were to go back to individual votes and do something like doubling anyone who votes steal weekly win unless more steal than share etc and it was secret it could cause some chaos which in the end is the part of the game. I also could see him breaking it down into 2 man teams with individual votes. All kinds of variations for next week could be in play to spice this up
Which is why if we always shoot for our "pooled players" to split the teams half share half steal, we'd never lose more than 1/n, n being (1/2)C, where C is the current number of teams.
