Well, lots of folks think "rich people" are the Chelsea Clintons of the world, born to wealth first. Then get a high paying job typing reports nobody reads until you marry someone else rich. Then a life of leisure. This is a minority. Most millionaires own some not sexy business and work in it, very hard. Look at how hard Sam Walton worked in retail as one example.
Smart is key. You can work behind the counter at the dry cleaner, or you can buy your own store and work there. The second means years of scraping by, but that business is a good way to make cash as a good store does $1,000 plus per day in sales. Then you build on that. It is all about it adding up over time and money working for you.
Nobody got rich waiting for the government to pay off their student loans.

You need to meet a few more. Most work long hours to make it happen. Watch "Shark Tank" and listen to the stories of the Sharks. Each episode alone is a 12 hour plus day for them.
