Given previous actions on this board you ask a very valid question. I'm sure many here are looking forward to this being addressed by the powers that be with transparency rather than anonymously. Baccaratfrom79 has until the 28th to show up so there will be some hand wringing among the faithful as that date approaches.

Agree with RS on Axel and the Wizard with there crazy side bets, pretty funny.
Axel's friends were nice and made dinner enjoyable. I liked that no one could decide what to order; so we let the chef send out whatever he wanted.
Is that a correct use of a semicolon? The crap you think of after conversing with the Wizard.
Played thru 5 or so shoes of 6 deck. Surrender option was nice. TC never once over +2, so little excitement there. However I did get to split Aces 4 times for a push overall. Got stuck with two aces on the fourth one after the splits.
Note to self, must take video poker seriously.

I have to agree with you. Where ever I have worked supervising a group of employees there is always 1 "Do-Gooder". Always complaining about other employees or in this case, members not being treated the same. "It's not fair", etc. Guess what...life is not fair!!

Is it fair that someone who works hard and makes the right choices in life and makes more money than others who didn't go to college or work as hard at their profession now has to pay a higher percentage of their income in taxes?
Is it fair that some people are just born with better looks than others?
I could make a list all day, but life simply isn't fair. I for one don't care how this forum is run and by coming here I accept the decisions made. Sure it is also my right, or anyone elses to discuss or complain about it. But as I have stated before, at least in this case you can buy the forum with the right offer and YOU get to make the decisions, leave on your own before being asked (or told) to leave, or just keep complaining about it and making yourself feel better because you got to tell everyone who visits about how unfair things are.

Then we went on a rant as if anyone really cared if B79 came or not. Other than catching The Wizard up to speed about B79's shenanigans regarding the bet. I doubt anyone had a second though about it. It did seem fitting that we meet up at SLS, because they have some dumb unexplained monkey theme going on.
I assume KB is saying we(especially AP's) should not be upset or surprised at B79 since we were all foolish for entertaining him in the first place.

Not sure who Seriously is, but he probably won't be here long. But I did agree with him about his post on someone complaining that B79 isn't banned for welching (are we still using that term?). Certain people want or need everything hanlded the exact same way in every situation. It doesn't work that way in life. I dont care if B79 is or isn't banned, I just don't like those who complain about stuff like that not being fair. There is always one who wants to get everyone else in trouble. We all know someone like that.
And in that post, Seriously hit it on the head when talking about those who are always on the Mods for how they handle situations.

First of all, there is one key mitigating factor at play: In the case of StrictlyAP, he openly stated, multiple times, that he had no intention of paying that bet. In that case, there was acknowledgement of the bet that he lost the bet, and that he wasn't going to pay. Thus, there was more to it than the mere act of welching.
B79 has not even had the opportunity to explain himself, which he's going to need to do if he ever returns. If he chooses not to ever return, that has the same de facto effect as being nuked, anyway. If he has multiple accounts, and it can be proven, both accounts would be banned for that reason.
Again, though, he has had no opportunity to explain himself. If nobody else, I would think you'd be in favor of at least hearing his story before action against him is taken.

Not hard to find vid's of lawyers stealing their innocent clients rightful money. Plenty of them on the internet! I remember this case well and the lawyer hurt many innocent people in the hopes of winning $'s at the blackjack table. They always mentioned the casinos allowed her to bring her little dog along and sit in her backpack or purse at the blackjack table.

I would love to hear his story. I'm sure I would enjoy it as much as all his others.
