Damn. I didn't realize it was "serious enough stuff" to you. Well, if that's the case, surely it must be serious stuff for the United States court system. Why wait 24 hours? The courthouse most likely opens at 9am.

You have an incredibly distorted view of yourself and your place in the world. Like every other person in the world, there are many things that are true that you don't understand, and there are many things you think you understand that are not true.

You're a target. You put way too much of your personal information on there and someone got to you. With all of the information that you've put out there we can get your place of employment, your address, your telephone number, your kid's name, your wife's name, and so on and so forth.

Add to that your ego (and I'll leave it at that) and you set yourself up as a target.

EvenBob has tons of posts. He lives somewhere in Michigan. He has a wife and a sister-in-law. And that's all i really know about EvenBob.

Everyone knows I live in Niagara Falls, and I have a wife, and exwife and a teengage daughter. There are additional facts, but unless you know me, you can't name me (the Wizard knows who I am, because he's met me). Not that anyone cares, because I really haven't said anything in my 3000 or so posts that has pissed anyone else off personally, including EB, AZ, B9, or anyone else on this forum.

Ahigh, you came up with controversial ideas and your attitude was positively adversarial AND personal. That invites personal attacks.

Someone tried to take you down, and the comment made truly got to you, didn't it? And you know, the person who did that knew that these comments would drive you crazy. I would think it would be a member of this forum who did this to you.

At the same time, you know who you are. If you're going to let the anonyminity of the internet get to you, then really, your skin is way too thin.

I have a good friend (who is a worldwide leader in the AGW movement) who receives threats all of the time and she goes on posting and doing what she's doing. I am sure anyone of fame gets crap all of the time.

Someone accused you of kissing a guy, big deal. Consider it a badge on your way to internet fame!

My advice: look in the mirror, ask yourself why it bothers you so much. Deal with it, and move on. You'll be a better person.

Ahigh, I see that you're on voluntary restriction, so I'll post publicly.

I (and some others) have stated that the person who posted those messages could possibly be an angry dealer/floor. Why do we think that? Because the first message from the anonymous guy blasted you for your treatment of casino dealers/floors and for complaining about their equipment. If anyone from WoV wanted to prank you, they would have made fun of you for something else (like dice control or something). Plus, the message itself sounded like it was written by someone who knew you personally rather than virtually. His second message, which was really ugly, was the gay accusation.

I could be wrong, of course, but I honestly don't think that any members here would stoop that low or pull such an elaborate stunt. My gut feeling is that it was someone affiliated with Station, South Point, or the Silverton. It's obvious that you're pissed off about this (I would be pissed too!), so I do hope you catch the guy. All the best.

I did go back about 5 pages, and, ah, well, I am still lost. :-( apparently Ahigh has a site (could someone tell me what it is, so I can check it out.....pm if necessary) and on this site, someone said he is gay? Is that it? Big deal. What do you care what others say and/or think? People say that I am gay all the time. Even my same-sex boyfriend thinks I am gay. Lol. (OK, I stole that line from comedian Bo Burnham).

Ahigh, I forgot to add, if you really want to find out who did it, you already have an important piece of information—the guy's email address. I think you said it was HendoRobert@gmail.com or something like that, so I'm sure at some point he logged into his Gmail account using his real IP (which means that Google has recorded it).

It's actually bigger than that, the individual in question claimed to have a picture of AHigh engaged in a kiss with another male. AHigh is married to a woman, so that could potentially pose problematic for his marriage if someone is running around making such claims, so I can definitely see AHigh's point there.

I stated earlier in this thread that it was a disgusting post for someone to make, whether or not it is true. My reason for that has nothing to do with whether or not AHigh is gay, (which he isn't) but mainly because it is a post that the poster either knew to be untrue, (so made to defame him) or that was true, so the poster was trying to bring shame to him.

Again, I want to reiterate that there's nothing wrong with being gay, in my opinion, I have no reason to care who people are or are not attracted to.

Yeah, so that's it in a nutshell. Guy claims he has a picture of AHigh lip-locked with another man, picture doesn't exist, if I were AHigh, I'd have said, "Okay, you got it, post it."

I'm inclined to think it is an employee of a casino who AHigh managed to piss off, as well. My reasoning is that the person (if a Member) would have also created a fake account using a proxy IP here to say the same thing, but a casino employee who didn't really read the rest of AHigh's site wouldn't know to come here.

It's back up again, but it's only had 3 posts since July 4th and he didn't even reply to a post to him from a week ago. I'd say it's on life support.
