Let me comment here. Ahigh later said that it was not he who was at the table but one of his friends. I think he said his "friend" was a member of the forum who was later suspended. The "friend" never commented here or to me directly that it was he (the friend) at the table and not Ahigh. Ahigh said he was elsewhere in the Palace Casino at the same time, and his friend told Ahigh that I was playing craps. (As I noted I find that very interesting that a Las Vegas local recognized me from TV in LA, when Ahigh frequently went to my website and to my YouTube videos to post critical comments about me.)
Ahigh said his friend was charting the table.
Even if the guy at the table looked a lot like the Ahigh I later came to know thru his online TV show, I have no proof it was Ahigh.
However, it speaks volumes that Ahigh admits he was in the casino, knew I was at the table, and still didn't walk the 20 feet or so to introduce himself. Remember he knew who I was but I had not yet seen his TV show so I didn't know who he was.

I never cancelled anything. I never planned to attend. My wife could not make it as she had a previous commitment.

Your posts are just getting to be more and more demonstrative of your character. You have put yourself on full display, and I think I have a really good idea of the type of person you are as a result of spending more time looking at the content of your posts over the last few months.
But you know, you really should block me, not the other way around. If you simply stopped posting (about me) completely there would be no problems. I will admit that when I said what I said about Zcore I was just retaliating for his "date" comment. It should be obvious, but I have no information that he is gay. And I apologize to Zcore and to the members of the forum for saying that.
I did, in fact, assume that everyone would know that my comment was in jest in a teenager sort of way of calling someone or something "gay."
But it was uncalled for. I just did it to get back at him for asking the question, "so are you asking me out on a date" which I took great offense to personally.
But this whole scenario of saying that I was seen kissing another man is just really going too far. And hiding behind an IP address and the whole nine yards, it's really just a really big deal that someone would go to such great lengths to say such things about me.
It is truly offensive whoever did it doesn't even matter. I am extremely offended by this whole thing.
Seriously, if my wife read and believed that story, I could be absolutely destroyed. My entire life could be destroyed as the result of a lie.

Nobody honestly believed that Zcore was gay. Or if they did, I would be surprised.
But the debate about whether or not I kissed another man, I think there are probably some people that are still wondering if it is true or not.
And until the person who made up this lie admits to it, I am still left defending myself against this little story.

I just would like it if whoever is responsible for it would come clean and let's move on.
Because this absolutely did NOT happen.
If it did happen, I would actually admit to it and be "coming out" as gay. But it didn't happen and I am not gay.
This has cause a great deal of distress for me. I have explained to the Wizard why I am so distressed about this, but the bottom line is that I don't like people saying that I'm gay. Most people don't like it. But I really don't like it a lot. It's just a person thing for me.
So I would like to move on, I really would. But if we can't move on about this and everyone wants to keep talking about this whole "Ahigh kissed a guy" lie that someone made up and posted on my forum, I will just simply disappear forever and I will be known as the guy who was into talking about craps on the internet until some guy posted some anonymous message and then disappeared.

This is a big deal to me. The absolute abuse that I am getting on this forum as a result of this lie told on my forum is a very big deal to me.

Hire a lawyer (if you can afford it).
File a "John Doe" defamation suit in Clark county.
Have your lawyer issue a subpoena duces tecum to learn the identity of the poster who you claim libeled you.

There are no legal remedies available to you. And this is not serious stuff; if you would let it go, it would be gone. Idiots say untrue things all the time on the Internet.

Can anyone verify what system EB uses? I already posted the IP address that I found from the message on my forum.
