I may be overthinking it, to an extent, but the current state of affairs on the Forum is not acceptable. We must either go more strict or less in order to change the ambiguity that persists, and less strict is not a viable option, in my opinion.

Time since last Suspension as a mitigating factor, and Martingale would be 14 days, not 28. I also took the seriousness of the insult into consideration, in this case, and find that it is just on the outside of being pursuant to the S&W standard.
Wouldn't it be nice if all personal insults were equally disallowed and all ban lengths would be the same as I would not have to weigh a bunch of subjective garbage? Just askin'.

That is a, "Policy," that can be implemented on a case-by-case basis along with severity of the insult. HotBlonde's perceived value to the Forum, from my perspective, was not a mitigating factor in determining the length of the ban, it was the relative softness of the insult while still not being within the confines of S&W.
My first suspension was for 7 days, for insulting "HotBlonde," coincidentally. Now "HotBlonde" has now been suspended three times. 7 * 2 * 2 = 28. "HotBlonde" got a 3-day suspension the same week in the same thread I got my 7-day suspension. Both the above are much more offensive personal attacks than the soft insult for which she got suspended.
I would also argue that the most serious offense in her recent posts would be trolling, by saying something self effacing and then acting indignant when someone agreed with her.
In any event, my vote would be that no one get suspended for any personal insults. But if we are going to have a rule it should be applied equally to everyone.
It's abundantly clear that the rules are not being as strictly applied to "HotBlonde" as they are to other members of the forum, including me.

So, you're saying a lot of guys in thread regularly date models, and aren't much interested in f******g. Because then it would be more true than an insult.
I've never really seen SOOPOO really act up (not really at all) on the forum to the point where I could begin to call him out for it. So, it's impossible for me to assess it as true. (Maybe it's true outside) but I can only go on what I've seen here. So, that is more of an insult AFAIK.

I think you are thinking of "jagoff" which is from WPA. Although it was used in "Casino" and used intentionally because Frank Culotta said Tony Spilotro and Chicago Outfit guys used it. It is still a dead giveaway you are from here.

If these were first comments I doubt there would be an issue. But it is a running drama, and I think the mods are sending a message to knock it off. A message I agree with, for what it's worth.
