I've mentioned a few times recently that I just cannot hit a royal holding four cards. I had four opportunities today and got pictures of the last three. The first two pictures were on max bet (9 lines) nickels and the the last just one line quarters.

Nothing personal, but I think this thread will just be sad. But in the spirit of thread, in 1990 I missed the Illinois lottery 20 million jackpot by one number.
Although I do like to see odd hard way hands like picking up 3 more aces when holding just one. But I missed too many 4 to royals already to want to see more of them.
But that's just me. carry on.

It was the fact that it was for 100k maybe you missed the denomination and couldn't get the 9 of diamonds as I discarded it

I only got pics of the last four. There have been about 20-25 other draws that missed the royals too. And as I replied to teddy, even if it ends up landing on an unplayed line, I'd count it as hitting.
Actually, I had one on a single line SDDB Thursday in Toledo I didn't get a picture of before I got my AWAK on the TDB spin poker.

Crap no pics but recently played 10 play and got dealt 4 to it twice, bricked both times. The 3rd time, got one royal with a wild royal as well.
Even worse: I was plaing Royal Hunt Poker on Videopoker.com and got 4 to a royal on triple play, which is actually 9x since you can play 2 other triple play hands with the royal draws you get dealt on the main game, and as you get more royal cards it adds to the last batch. Bricked on all of them again twice.

I had an A,Q,J,10 of spades and a King of clubs - a straight. I figured - 20 credits vs 4000 - give it a shot. I closed my eyes, hit the draw button.
I hear the credits start rolling in and I have to open my eyes---and they stop. I got a King of Diamonds.
Wish I'd had a video of it. I almost asked security for it. Too funny. (and yes, disappointed, but I still got a win.)

And by no means is this a "complaint thread." I know that these streaks will happen. 2012 I was popping them of left and right.

After BofA cleared the $90k check... within 48 hours more than half went to taxes, insurance, legal fees for divorce, and I prepaid a lot of bills. Frankly there wasn't much left for gambling.

When you're bricking 3, 5, and rarely 10 at a time, they add up fast. This was my last one holding four.

Yeah. If I were able to tally all of them in my lifetime I'm sure I'm right on par of 1 in 47. In 2012 I think I was hitting them at a 1 in 10 rate :-)
