Looks like Caribbean draw, with the exception of AK vs 88 to qualify.

I didn't see a 5 Card Poker paytable for the BET wager. They mention that a Flush pays 5X if the dealer qualifies. Do you know of a paytable?

There was a slightly difference in the lower paypouts.

So when would player pay a fee of one Ante bet to draw 1 or 2 cards?
On 4 cards to a Royal Flush such as: AsKsQsTs2h
On 4 cards to a straight flush such as Qs5d4d3d2d
Anything else? Not draw 2 cards to a 3oaK, I think. It's close and I haven't done the math, but you'd lose your fee if dealer doesn't qualify, right?
