Very glad that the repeal did not go through. It was such a waste of time. Mohegan Sun jumping into Revere in the last minute also dragged things further. Hope things go according to plan and on schedule. This is going to revive Springfield and put Everett on the map. Plus making MA the go to gaming destination for the Northeast. Knowing Steve Wynn is involved with Everett you know he is going to get things right. Would be even better if Wynn Everett has the same baccarat conditions as Wynn Las Vegas. I maybe even be tempted to move back to the Northeast.

What we've seen so far from Wynn has been very impressive. We won't be counting Mass license plates at the Connecticut casinos for much longer and, believe me, some days it seems like that's all you see.

Wynn has to redo the outward design and he is also rethinking the interior. Will be interesting to see the final product. The CT casinos are definitely in trouble. I can say given the proximity and location of these upcoming MA casinos, these other casinos in the Northeast are also in serious trouble. Why? MGM Springfield and Wynn Everett are situated in their hosting cities itself with an "easy" commute. You can get there with public transportation and the trip doesn't become some mission like you would in heading to a CT casino, an AC casino or even a PA casino.

What baccarat conditions to you refer? Thanks.

If you have the chance and head out and experience a baccarat table in say at the MGM Grand, Palazzo and the Wynn, you will know what I mean. Especially at the Wynn/Encore.

You're right. Steve is going to put Everett on the map. I don't know where Everett is until now.

I'm OK with Corps which pick and choose clienteles. Both insurance companies and casinos have the right to pick and choose customers. They may keep profitable ones and kicked out the rest. But, I'm not OK with a casino supervisor who says counting cards... is like stealing food from a buffet (a foodlifting offense), or video-taping a movie in a cinema (a piracy offense).

LOL. I have been to Boston many times. Never even knew there is an Everett. Until Wynn decided to build his casino. Or even Springfield for that matter. I heard of the name but never really paid any attention. MA has certainly brought me the attention the state is trying to draw. 2017 can't come soon enough. That is if everything goes smoothly.

I'm going there this weekend to look at property. I don't think it's too late.

We don't need no stinkin' R's. That's why we drop 'em.

Come visit, Bob. I'll buy you a frappe.
