You need to hit the gym with a fitness trainer..... somebody that is going to push you
Very successful Canadian horse trainer here are two videos of her...... she hired a fitness trainer while training her horses in Florida the year she decided she had enough ...... bad weigh in days
she got pushed a little harder .... build the muscles burn the calories

I worked out 6/7 days this week and kept to meal plan except for two days that were really bad. It was Rosh Hashanah (Jewish new year) so I had two big family dinners where I ate a lot of calories. So I’m happy that I’ve got my workout routine back on track and no more family dinners to get me off my meal plan.

I didn’t post on Wednesday because I was suspended.
I was expecting to gain weight last week so a 1 pound loss works for me. I only worked out twice and ate out for dinner on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I’m blaming the eating out on stress instead of taking responsibility for it lol. Just kidding I need better control. I have worked out 3 straight days and I have slightly cut my meal portions. Hoping for a really good week this week.

Seemed like too much to me so I double checked and it came up with the same weight again. I am wondering if last week when I weighed myself I was still holding some food weight from the night before because 8 pounds seems way too high. I was hoping for 3-5 pounds lost this week. Either way I am on track to hit both the 208.0 mark and my ultimate goal (ultimate goal for this year) of being less than 200 pounds by January 1st.
I am also close to being at the lowest weight in over a decade. I weighed in at 214.5 when I got back from Asia in April of 2018. I hadn't been that low since probably grade 11. So I have 3 checkpoints to hit in the near future (hopefully), 214.0, 207.5 and then 199.5. Dropping that "2" off my weight will probably be a damn good feeling. Well I am off to work out (insert sad face here).
