I have a free gym membership through my parents businesses and I also have an elliptical machine in my house. Also my friend who will be on my ass is a very large guy who lifts a lot therefore he can inflict pain lol. Jk but he hopefully will keep on me to work out.

Not eating in the poker room is easy, the food sucks. Iíll just make food and bring it with me.

Just scarf down an avocado and sardines for lunch and a box of anchovies for dinner. That weight will melt right off.

When Iím eating healthy I eat a lot of chicken and fish with brown rice and veggies. I like garlic asparagus, steamed broccoli or cauliflower and mushrooms cooked with shallots and garlic. I donít use butter for any of these things.

I think you can lose as much as you want in the next 6 months...

While not overweight, Axel and his boyz certainly weren't shy about pointing out that I wasn't in the "best" shape at the superbowl party. Mostly due to injuries and traveling full time for AP now, I had to readjust my life to make a healthier life a possibility again...

In the past 2 months, to the day, I'm down 30lbs, from 199, to 169... which means I'm probably down about 35 lbs of fat but gained about 5 lbs of muscle. I did a fair amount of research and found my "sweet spot," where my body wouldn't think I'm starving but I cut calories along with working out. Basically I take in 1450 calories per day, and if I workout and burn 300 calories, I eat another 300 calories. My goal per day is to take in a "gross" 1450 calories. By doing this and simply working out intensively 2-3 days per week, I've dropped aforementioned 30 lbs in 2 months. I think I'll probably do another 10 lbs because I'll finally be in "really" good shape, and then I'll move to a maintain plan. So basically in 6 months, with having the weight to lose, I think you could easily lose 50 lbs... probably closer to 60 in fat, and picking up 5 lbs of muscle.

Basically control the calories in, and when you DO workout, even if it's just 2-3 days a week and not every day, KILL IT. Like anything else in life you get out of it what you put in. There's a MASSIVE difference in walking for 10 miles and running for 10 miles. The amount of effort you put in will dictate how your body responds in a big way. Good luck and if you want any motivation or ideas for new workouts/meals, you've got my number =).

Like Romes I went from 195 May 1 to 158 today. What I did was less than 20 carbs a day and cut out sugar. Do that and your hunger cravings will disappear. I am only 5'6" so my weight is about right for my height.
