I have a new found love for Jersey Mikes. I think the club sub with extra mayo is the best sub in the US.

Place is great.

I'm a big fan of the .... oh I forgot what it's called. It's just like the main "originally" kinda sand which. Of course, gotta have it Mike's Way.

I had a Subway meatball sandwich last night and it was terrible. I have probably ordered that same sandwich 20 times in the past and it is always decent and consistent. I don't know if I am just cynical because the sandwich was on sale for $2 this week, but it was clearly different than every other time.

Every since Subway got busted a few months ago putting rubber particles in their bread they have changed their formula.

I unfortunately had to eat at a taco bell about that time and their "food", didn't taste like it used to either?

Any more they can make anything taste like anything, [I know someone who sells the flavorings in 55 gallon drums] especially if they don't get caught.

Remember a while back taco bell was exposed for not using meat in their tortilla filled products? I really liked the taste and was always aware it wasn't really a beef product, I didn't care. If I have to eat faux food, I want it to at least taste good. The rubber in the bread was over the top for me though.

I haven't been able to eat a Subway sandwich since 1994 (wow, 20 years, how time flies!). I was on a chow run for work, so had ordered 4 sandwiches to go. The subperson had a bit of a cold, and while he was making my supervisor's sandwich he suddenly sneezed, absent-mindedly wiped his nose with his gloved hand, and reached back into the fake krab salad to finish stuffing my co-worker's sandwich. Without changing gloves. I paid, threw mine in the garbage, never said a word to the supervisor, never went back. I do miss the overstuffed tuna salad, but not that much.

I got their guacamole sub last summer
and took it home. In their ad in the
store the show a sandwich just stuffed
with greed guacamole. The one I bought
had a smear of the green stuff in the
center, maybe 2 tablespoons worth.
In the pic, it had at least half a cup.

I ate it and went back the next day and
raised hell. The manager gave me 2
sandwiches for free and said she was
sorry. I haven't gone back.

The real sandwich looks nothing like this.
There is more on this sub than on 10 real
ones.

I should? A Whopper looks remarkably like
the one on TV. KFC chicken ditto. The fries
at McD's look identical. When they pile a
cup of guac on the photoshoot sub, and

Whopper, really ? Dam lucky you, every time I get one its dank, soggy and flat at best. Never got one better than lukewarm.

Sure I could stick to In-N-Out Out, try lunch time, its a long wait.

I always have to order my burgers most FF burgers FRESH, NO SMASH. Can't stand when they smash and flatten the bun. its like the go out of there way to smash it. How hard is it to not put everything on top of a hamburger.

One day ill post a picture of very obviously raw chicken on a MCD's grilled chicken wrap my gf received. She would get "healthy FF, like salads, now she won't eat anything FF related after that raw chicken.

FF burgers used to be good, its all crappie nowadays except In-N-Out Out, Great burgers and fries, great price.

Only the International Astronomical Union has the authority to name astronomical objects. The companies that name stars after you sound official, with your name being placed on some ledger and kept in a vault. Anyone could start such a company. You'd think, with the number of views on Youtube for timewasters like this , that some casino would figure out a way to make some advertising out of this.

Heck Reno's got a river running through it and casinos there had cameras focused on it, you could watch live if you wanted to.

I think that guy on YouTube who does those poor visibility crap games would do better to have an overhead camera and a tape with edited commentary showing the steps the dealers take in accord with the stick man's call. You might remember that before Caesars bought it Imperial Palace had a webcam that covered part of the Las Vegas Strip sidewalk in front of their entrance. During the day people on vacation would arrange webcam appointments to wave to the folks watching at the appointed time back home. "Look Grandpa, here we are, goofing off in garish Hawaiian shorts and themed t-shirts on the sidewalk in Vegas!"

Later at night, it was commonly referred to on Las Vegas related discussion boards as "hooker-cam" or "puke-cam." I can never forgive Caesars for pulling the plug on that sucker after they took over.

One young lady who was dressed appropriately for the Vegas Strip and also appropriately lubricated had been three casinos away but finally made it "home" to her casino suddenly noticed a dumpster and decided to "pop a squat" on the Strip. The cop didn't cite her but he did point out the three internet cameras that were focused on her at the time.

It's actually kind of peaceful.

My daughter was lactose intolerant but could drink goat milk. I had a herd of 13 and kept 3 fresh at time. They are pets just like dogs with personalities and emotions, they like to follow you around, ride in the back of a pick up truck [which did get me strange looks] and are hilarious at times.

That is where I took up my amateur veterinary practicing, not just on goats but on myself as well. [I am a dog] I must be, that would explain why my wife was such a bitch.

If I said the Nubians talk too much would that indicate that I am racist? Most of them have big teats as well. Talk about your carpet munchers. :)

I know one woman who raised five daughters and paid off a mortgage on goats and due to state and federal regulations about goats milk she did it by merely using goats milk in beauty products rather than selling the milk for human consumption.

And each of her five daughters went into their own businesses too.

Up north there is a growing market for goat meat, especially Muslim's.

My daughter went to some Judeo/Christian church for a little while that sacrifices goats and chickens, especially this time of year.

I thought when I got goats that I would be able to eat them [Chevon], couldn't do it. They all turned into pets and dear were easy enough to come by. I have eaten wild goat though, never had anything tougher then that to chew.

I think people have been milking goats for far longer than cows.

RE the woman you know. The feds are arresting farmers for selling raw cow milk, it is now illegal. If you have ever drank raw milk it has so much more flavor than the homo/pasturized stuff in the cartons it is like a different food entirely. The same for any small farm organic product. Home grown chickens taste amazingly different.

Lately I have been buying some goat cheese's, they are delicious. Goats are fun, if I had the space I would have another, just for a pet. In the PNW the brush grows faster than a goat can eat it, that's for sure. Between the ferns and blackberry bushes the milk is naturally sweet.

Heck, gardens are now illegal in places. People have actually been arrested for collection of their own rainwater.

PARIS – France's Interior Ministry says 940 cars were set alight by revelers ringing in the New Year — 12 percent fewer than the 1,067 set aflame last year.

So, that was an improvement?

Start the New Year with your car burned. Bummer.

Usually the right solution is the right recipe. Wild animals are too lean to use regular recipes on. But I can't say I have tried to eat wild goat. [I happen to like goat meat, interesting flavor.]

For quite some time transactions involving raw milk have been generally done secretly.
Ultra or flash pasteurization is the worst, but mere homogenation can be dangerous to Langerhans cells.
We refrigerate eggs in this country, other countries do not. Except in small quantities in the USA for direct transactions under the table.
Water in Colorado can not be impeded, so no rain gutters or water barrels.
Michigan considered heirloom or specialty seeds or breeds to be a danger to commercial varieties and bans them.
