I don’t think modern tattoo inks have that issue, but I’m not 100% on that.

So, sounds like he was probably selling components out of equipment he bought, then returning the partially stripped unit. That's where all those spare parts come from on Ebay.

I was in a not very expensive small hotel in Iceland that had shades that were so good essentially not a photon made it inside when closed. Since nighttime was like daytime it was a great perk.

At some point, this becomes the stores problem. Stop allowing returns after, I don't know, the first 200. Seems pretty obvious someone with 1000 returns is scamming you. Ban him or ban him making returns.

Other than going to multiple stores, he may have used false ID. It's not like the counter is staffed by people trained to spot counterfeit ID. (I assume)

It reminds me of a creep in the news 6 years agi who continuously bought and returned a personal hygiene item at CVS(Not going to say outright what it was, but let's just say, it's good for cleaning. ;) The CVS staff finally begun to get suspicious of the alarming red flag alarm of the constant returns of the same item. They were shocked to find out he used the item and then reglued the packaging so that it would look untampered. He was arrested and jailed.

Amazon have terribly punitive policies regarding returning stuff. They make a big song and dance about how safe you are buying online, but you can be sure that if you return too high a percentage of items, even quite legitimately, they will decide that you are no longer worth doing business and your ass will be grass. Banned as a buyer.
Their trigger levels are not published, but once triggered, your account is history, forever.

By the way, sleep masks can run from about a dollar to about thirty dollars. People in the entertainment industry often swear by them because their hour are so variable and often their hotel rooms may vary greatly. Even a musician playing a steady gig in some house band will go somewhere and jam when he gets off work and will go home to sleep well after dawn so he will need a sleep mask even if he has heavy drapes and "theater black" curtains.

Mostly people shouldn't react so quickly to news. There is always more information likely to come out before you get a complete picture. Hell, if people get the wrong person ID'd then someone can get hurt who didn't even have anything to do with it.

I dont disagree with that at all. Not one bit. Bad cops should get a tougher sentence, kinda like a bully gets. My annoyance is everyone is oh poor murder victim. Well how about saying, someone involved in another murder gets shot. 2 wrongs dont make a right, but the dead boy is not an innocent victim either.

I guess it's possible, even legal, to separate the police action from the originating murder, but I'm guessing this one might play against the general trend of unarmed= innocent victim.

Shooting in East PIttsburgh of 17 year old fleeing from a traffic stop. No weapon visible. Vehicle believed used in drive by shooting in neighboring jurisdiction. Officer sworn in 90 minutes prior to shooting but had been on other forces in the area since 2011.
As it is a police involved shooting the Allegheney County authorities investigate it and the county DA will decide on charges, if any.

I guess that would be the thing that needs to be determined. Maybe the other 2 shot up some people and then picked him up after the fact. Maybe they told him what happened when they picked him up and he got scared when the police pulled them over.
Anther side thing to the case. Police are on high alert in the area because of the possibility of retaliatory shooting after a rap singer was shot earlier in the week. Maybe the cop overreacted because of that.

oops I miswrote the OP. The original shooting did not end of up in a murder. The victim was treated and released.

The cop's actions will be based on what he had heard over the radio about the drive by shooting, not the actual particulars as they played out at the hospital of a relatively minor wound and a quick release from the ER.

The mayor of pittsburgh had a press conference and made it clear that it was in a suburb of the city. It is probably the first suburb outside of city limits. I loled, he is just worried about his cities murder rate. People were cranky about his comment.

I heard a radio commercial today that 1 in 30 turnpike workers were killed while working last year. That seems so high to me.

A while ago when I was driving from Chicago (I think) towards the West, around that area, they were doing construction. I don't remember what the sign said exactly, but it seems like it may have said if you hit a construction worker you get fined $10k and spend 5 (or 10?) years in jail.

Yeah here in PA if you are in a wreck in a construction zone you supposedly automatically lose your license. Fines and points are also doubled.

BTW, there is a law called The Fleeing Felon rule. Police are allowed to use deadly force on a felon to protect the area. If Antwan truly did shoot the other person then this cop is just in the shooting. In that case these protestors need to protest the government to get this law abolished.

There are a few pretty good videos on YouTube of protestors (road-blockers, or attempted road-blockers) getting run over. Usually they call 911 and expect prompt service from the paramedics. These laws absolutely should be changed, perhaps make ambulance and whatnot service based on merit or karma. Just some thoughts.
