Cohen opened the door (publicly) in sworn testimony that Trump over-valued his assets for loans and profiles and under-valued them for taxes (paraphrasing). Who knows what else they have on this, since he withheld testimony related to whatever, and they have also interviewed Trump's CFO and others in camera at length? One thing for sure, there's a lot not public yet.
Corporations state income different for taxes all the time. It is why you hire an accountant, to pay as little as possible.
People want their homes under-assessed for taxes but want the best appraised value. If we arrested people for that then half the population would have to be brought in.
I am more interested in how so many in Congress amass so much wealth on a Congressional salary.

It made the movie because it was an issue at the time. You might be too young to remember the 1990s, but power lines were an issue. Not sure how it progressed, it sort of died as an issue.
However, given how magnets affect other things and have a field around them, I would not summarily dismiss it. The turbines cause more than a few problems besides.
