I’m more concerned with AMS calling a kid a racist thug getting no response. Not sure if that falls under the hate speech rule. I still say, look at the way the Supreme Court normally rules. Nine Justices rarely hold unanimous decisions on anything. Does anyone really think Barr has any particular qualifications to look and see something better than 9 justices almost never do? Cohen opened the door (publicly) in sworn testimony that Trump over-valued his assets for loans and profiles and under-valued them for taxes (paraphrasing). Who knows what else they have on this, since he withheld testimony related to whatever, and they have also interviewed Trump's CFO and others in camera at length? One thing for sure, there's a lot not public yet.
