I doubt that Obama could get a third term. Only ONE person in history did more than two terms and that was Franklin Delano Roosevelt from 1933-1945, for three terms. I think we have different views on what "playing up the victim mentality" means. I think it means when someone is not a victim or they over-emphasize how much of a victim they are, that they're playing up the victim mentality, whereas you seem to be saying anyone who mentions they're a victim is playing up the victim mentality. I admit I don't know the differences in what congress (C?) vs what the president can do and I believe there are checks and balances to a degree. Didn't Trump sign some bill/law/whatever(?) a while ago banning travel or immigrants of certain countries....and there was some major backlash on that?

There are democrats/liberals that want to disarm law-abiding citizens....and from what I understand about these "sanctuary cities", they are okay with releasing the criminals back onto the street instead of deporting them. IIRC, Trump signed a bill about cutting off sanctuary cities from federal assistance. To me, it sounds like he is (or was) trying to do something about the problem.

Hasn't the health insurance mandate been removed? I know that's not the entire thing, but it is a big part of it.

First of all he was WRONG. He called him a sockpuppet of homelessnyc, which he was not. If he wanted to protect the forum with an allegation he could send a pm to a moderator. Putting it out in the open that someone is a sockpuppet is insulting, especially when you are just guessing. It is nothing more than a coincidence that he actually was a sockpuppet of a long ago banned member, but not of homelessnyc! Anyway, I love ams' comments, he keeps me on my toes, so I am happy that the greenies aren't sending him to his room.
