What casino's have the best comps and mailers these days? (I'll start it off)

I've heard good things about Tuscany's mailers.

Hooters Black Diamond members can pretty much get unlimited suites, it requires 50,000 points which is $150,000 in action in a year according to the site. That could be a marathon session at $100 a hand flat betting for a day, seem's too easy.

In 2000 (maybe again in 2008, due to recession) a high roller could put $100,000 in the cage and get 2% promo chips, 10%+ loss rebate and full RFB; what would it take to get this now? I've heard of up to 25% loss rebates, probably to get markers paid; does this ever happen (excluding fraud)?

Are there cities outside of the Vegas area that are good for comps and mailers?

Victory Casino Cruise in FL usually sends (4) $25 match plays, sometimes $100 MP (3 different celebrations, 1 before I ever bet big; so I can't be sure if it's for everyone.)

So basically, who gives the best mailers and who is it easiest to get free rooms outside of comps? I'd rather use comps for cash back or promo chips.
Which are best for an AP as far as comps? I'd think hole carding carnival games would be big for comps.

Do DT Vegas or Reno casinos have good mailers? I knew people with weekend getaway mailers for Biloxi, flights included. They were mid level bettors to my knowledge.

That's most of my thoughts, what do you know of that's good? Any good fun books? Comp rate? Some casino's comp odds at craps, any comp here is a slight edge with nice variance. Regions of interest:Vegas (all parts), Reno, Mississippi, Tahoe, Carson city, Wendover . . .

There's a reason this isn't talked about publicly. Hint: Casinos with good comps & mailers would no longer offer good comps & mailers.

That's a good point, I was actually hoping for PM'd responses. Anyone reading this that has a suggestion, PM it. I liked the 1st response, good stuff.

Maybe so, but I know it's talked about publicly in the news. Beau Rivage, Biloxi, was in the news earlier this year because it alone generates over 20 percent of the total traffic at the local airport (2 arrivals and 2 departures a day providing 650-700 people every night for the Beau's 1,740 rooms). Currently serving 70-80 cities (up from 60 last year), so it's probably working. Folks apparently get a free flight, bus transfer to/from airport, and hotel for 3 nights (plus who knows what else). When I travel to Biloxi, I often play at the Beau, and folks on those flights are not hard to find.

Before Harrah's big Tunica property closed, it did the same thing, flying in folks from various cities. I went on two of those junkets. Of course, it didn't work for Harrah's Tunica, because it closed. And, in general, Tunica seems more stressed than southern Mississippi (IMHO, because of increasing competition from other states).

But, I don't understand why talking publicly about how "friendly" various casinos are will result in casinos no longer offering good comps. Casinos who look on WoV to see how they're doing -- instead of their own player tracking and marketing operations -- will quickly see they have to loosen up their comps if folks here pan them. And, casinos reported as "generous" would be foolish to cut back on their comp programs just because of what we prattle on about. Doesn't make sense to me, RS. Since BillBen seemed to pick up on it right away, I must be overlooking something pretty obvious. Hopefully, someone can 'splain it to me.

I really don't think that holds true anymore. Most places with extremely generous offers are very quick to no mail abusive players.

To answer the OP question - nearly all the most generous places are in the South and to some extent in CA. Most of the places on the East coast have had a lot of trouble with abusive players and cut back as a result. The level of play needed to get to the highest levels is really enormous at certain properties. Those players are evaluated on a weekly or sometimes daily basis.

As with all comps, the 'best' is up to the player's preferences.

Mailers and promo calendars, twitter feeds from the casino, etc. are all sources of information.

We all know that CET/Evil Empire tends to slice away and have comp programs run by fiends who are fond of rusty razors. So any "good'' will be temporary of the MBA types will hone their razors.

Tuscany good.. yes, last I heard plus the gift shop bargains are points eligible.

NOLA and Biloxi ... yes... except biloxi grand was terrible to me but that was a long time ago and it may not even exist anymore.

Beau Rivage is always great for repeat players and their points are good all over town.

yes, the CET junket flights to Biloxi's downtown airport were great, but seats tended to sell out instantly and all they really wanted to transport was you and your wallet, not your luggage. I think they are discontinued now but don't know. There was a biloxi based junketer but I never made use of him.

So anyone who had really good information about free play is probably an AP. Amy AP who had good information probably wouldn't share it especially with someone who's posting this type of stuff.

Basically you are claiming to be a newbie whos not done your homework. Good info is valuable giving it out like candy isn't the smart move.

Even if it's just a PM.
