Mississippi Stud 3-card bonus bet

Hello,

As newbie of this website, I have a question I can't yet find the answer in this excellent website:
In all Caesar's casinos, the Mississippi Stud game offers the bonus bet, payout the same as 3-card poker.
Are the odds for the 3-card bet independent by the number of players sitting at the table?
In other words, if 2 players sit at the table, do they have more or less chances to hit the 3-card bonus bet than when 7 players sit at the table?

Rocky Gap Md offers the 3 card bonus bet, paytable

Straight Flush...40 to 1
Three of a Kind ...30 to 1
Straight...6 to 1
Flush ... 3 to 1
Pair... 1 to 1

cards ONLY"

I assume the HE is daunting, but the Wizard has nothing on it [or I missed it]. Anybody know what the HE is?

Down on the Gulf Coast this paytable exists at Harrah's and others. I believe The Beau adds a mini royal payout at 50 - 1. Treasure Bay, the only honest folks there, pay the flush at 4 - 1, while still having the mini royal at 50 - 1. They also have $2 tables!
