I don't know, but just look at all the numbers that have hit that have digits that add up to 4!! Somebody better be on 4, 13, 22, and 31 because those numbers are HOT!!

I simply called them a "Roulette History Display"

But the question is, why do you want to know? Are you gonna buy one?

I have heard that they greatly increase profits. I was searching for some quantitative data. No luck. A lot of these things are patented. You'd be surprised what gets patented.

For instance, there is a patent on being able to give up a pair of tens against a dealer Ace in exchange for 50% of your bet. Most intelligent people know that's a raw deal, but there is a patent on this rule.

A lot of those side bets are patented.

First, you'll be hard-pressed to find something less than 20 years old that isn't patented, or less than 100 years onld that doesn't at least have an expired patent.

Second, yeah, they absolutely DO increase the action, although finding evidence may be hard. Just look at the photo. 13 black rolls in a row! You just know that for the last few rolls people have been betting heavy on Red since it was overdue, only to have the Red bets swept away...

patents on bets? whodathunkit?

That photo is supposed to show 23 blacks in a row, but I only count 17. I assume that is the maximum set of numbers that can be displayed.

I like the previous response where someone added the digits to get multiples of 4. I would have never thought of that.
