Well my first week was 1-5, last week I went 4-1 and this week as its going at half time of the Denver game- I stand to be 5-1 so nice come back after a bad first week, depending if Denver lets me down. if they dont Ill be 10-7 and Ill take that. :) So that gets me close to 60% (.588?) Making a good comeback.

Okay, so we are 223-303 for .424 on regular picks. We're a bit worse on Confidence Picks with a record of 23-36 for .390.
The combined record is 246-339 for .421...and that barely rounded up!
Our collective record, awful as it was, absolutely plummeted after last week. I can honestly say that I am not helping matters with my own Picks.

Okay,
It has been pointed out to me that ZoomZoom8 took the under on the Redskins for Week 2, the result was Over, but the program scored it as a win. I don't believe that I can actually go in and change records around in the program, so I have exactly no idea why the program did that.
This seems to be the only such game so far in which something like this happened, so for the time being, I'm just going to remember to adjust ZoomZoom8's record at the end.

This is old news, right? We caught this last week, right here in the forum. The program saw the word "under" and saw the spread (49.5) and thought he picked the "49ers Under." (The 49er/Seahawk game that week was a win for the under.)
This bug was fixed last week. The latest version of the program (1.24) now correctly grades his Week 2 "Redskins Under" as a loss.
ZoomZoom should be 1-5 in Week 2 and 7-11 overall, after three weeks.

Damn, this shit is really getting to me. No, not this pool. I still intend to win. Josie's therapist is out of town till Oct 16.
Decided to visit the retired pastor of our church, who had baptized Josie, and he always cheers Josie up.
Once again my timing was F***ING perfect.
He was home as was his wife. Just got a second opinion. First Doctor said his organs were shutting down and Pastor
Dick would not live till Christmas. Second doctor recommended Hospice and said 30 days at most.
His soon-to-be widow asked Josie to stop in and visit once or twice a week. And Josie will.
Logging out now and probably just sign on once a week to post my picks.
Maybe twice as I may have to brag about leading this pool soon.

Just curious, what is the treatment of this situation? I am sure it was an honest mistake, so no problem, but depending on the precedent, there could be an angle late in the season to make this mistake.

I should catch these ahead of time, but I have been relying on the program to do all the work for me and getting lazy. In fact, I used to compile all the picks in a self-PM as they were coming in, and now I just verify that I have them and compile them all at once when time expires.
I'm probably going to need to get back to verifying all of the Picks starting this week, that way this sort of thing will be noticed sooner.

Im showing 49ers as only team with just one pick, Giants & Rams both having two.- (boz & Odious on Giants for example) - and I also just to see how it looks, took out the extra confidence so obviously thats going to make some of yours more- but yea, only one team had only one pick- which changes the lopsided action, ect.. just.. looking it over. :)

Some of my figures might be wrong. Compiled this quickly and starting early on recreational substances. But then some of your figures are in error but no biggie.
For instance, Odious didn't pick the Giants to cover, he picked the Giant/Eagles game to score under 53.
What's actually funny is that you thought Odious picked Giants when in reality, he actually picked their opponent Eagles to cover. LOL
He thinks the Eagles will beat the Giants and has 1 point and he thinks it will be a low scoring game.
Its just a forum. Nothing here to get obsessed about.

true, i did count double for over/under + a +- - I guess what I should have done is count that as an additional action point (which it is for the game) seperate from the team action consideration. I think a double-bet on the game shoudl be reflected in these stats, ill just have to seperate it from the team action. :)
