Anybody know if covert sensitization as adjunct to aversion therapy is used in treating a slot machine focused gambling addiction?
I can envision a treatment regimen wherein the patient is wired to a "slot machine" which ""pays off" by delivering an electric shock: the greater the "jackpot," the greater the shock.
Sort of like ClockworkOrange
