Where can this information be found? Where do publications like Strictly Slots get their payback range shown?
If a manufacturer certifies a slot has it's best payback offered, how can anyone ever be certain this is actually true and what recourse would they have? Will they tell you if you ask, etc.?

I am going to Soaring Eagle and would like to know some of this information when scouting machines to try from their "Certified Hot" machines. I am puzzled by the fact the list on the internet does not seem to include 1 machine made since 2007, but yet they still run the promo. Games with progressives I saw on the list and like to play, are OBJ, BK, Big Ben, Mr Woo. From what I gather about these, I would expect them to be maxed at 92-93% if anyone knows different, let me know.

Might as well try one more question, do any casinos which are not NA run promotions like these? It seems the only ones I have heard of are ran by NA tribes and if so, there must be a loophole the manufacturers are hiding behind. The only place I can think of is one in Reno which had a guarantee all machines pay a minimum of 93%, according to the website.

I have no idea how valid they are since it's just a forum post, but it looks detailed enough where it's likely to be accurate. But considering you have the last post in the thread, you're already aware of it. :P

And using slot abbrevations are a bad idea on this forum. OBJ = Outback Jack? BK=Black Knight? I really have no idea. The thread I linked says Mr. Woo maxes out at 92%.

I am aware of his compilation mainly from Strictly Slots and have been a member there for some time. BK actually refers to Banana King, but base games may matter for this one(can't be worse than PA) I was pretty much looking for a second source for some of these and what is posted in Strictly Slots is out of date the day it's printed. I did see on VPfree2, they have some decent VP, so I'll have to do some practicing and print out some simple strategies from wizofodds.

Yeah, looks like they have 40/10/6 DDB (99.96%) and "Not So Ugly Ducks" (99.73%) at the bar for quarters. Sounds like my kind of place!
