Best books for a Texas Holdem Novice

I'm old hand at regular draw and stud poker but I'm a fish at No limit texas hold em. What are some good books to start to the best way to play? Cards, money management, etc. (Aside from Wizard of Odds book Gambling 102, already bought it, great stuff for basic!)

Dan Harrington's books on tournament play are really good. Since you are admittedly a novice in NL texas hold em I would suggest playing in tourneys first, so you can get lots of practice without a lot of funds at risk.
