Can Bovada stake-horse account be set up?

Even though Bovada is no longer a sponsor here they are the only poker game in the USA for the most part. Currently I am considering stake-horsing a friend of mine for a small amount say $150 or so.
Does anyone know if there is a way I can set up a stake-horse kind of account so only I could transfer funds in and out? While I generally trust the guy I prefer the security for the both of us.

I know you can fund other people on Bovada. Taking funds from another person's account, I don't think so. But you could share the sign-in, and list your home address for the checks to be sent.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
