New Years Poker? Possible AP

Hey all! Just wondering, do you think there could be possible +EV in playing 1/2 no limit on New Years Eve into New Years Day? Lots of people who aren't at the casino often, and lots of folks who only drink a few times a year. Inexperienced players + booze = winning combination? I am a mediocre poker player, nowhere near as good as the regulars at the casino but better than most of my friends who I occasionally will play very low stakes tournaments with. Thoughts?

I'm a mediocre poker player at best but any idiot can beat that game on the weekends in Vegas with a little discipline. So, I'm sure it's an advantage play but it's New Years Eve. I say get drunk and have some real fun with friends and family.

It will likely be better than most nights. If youre sober, it will give you a leg up that's for sure.

Why wait for New Years Eve? there are $100 buy in tables at Hollywood Park here in LA that you can clean up every night starting at about 1-AM. thats about the time the jerks come in and go all in blind for $100 and keep rebuying.
