Hi,

We are running low limits BJ with shuffle machine. Not so often but it's happened that during the hand cards stands and red light turns on.You have to open the case, check the cards, close and open power button, close the case and fill again the cards.Let's say this happens in the middle of the second round of deal. We know that, in any case, the next cards will be random.
- is the best decision to annulate hand?
- would you ask the player who want to stay in game can stay other can get their wagers and dealer will finish the hand by the rule of bankier?
- You just finish the hand like nothing happened.

Have you any rules on similar situaton?

Thnx,
Hunterhill

Finish dealing out the hand so that all players have 2 cards. Then ask who wants to stay or who wants to take their bet back and be out of the hand.
Happy days are here again
