Some of you may have card rooms in town that host blackjack, poker, baccarat, and 3 card (but does not allow slots), that doesn't require you to drive all the way up a mountain, or an hour out of your way to an Indian casino. However, if you have ever been in one, you can notice the difference from standard blackjack to a set of weird rules. So there is a casino in my city that has the following rules:

4 Decks per shoe
First card is removed and shown. Number of cards burned is based on value of first removed card (Ace=1 card, 5=5 cards, Face card or 10=10 cards, etc)
Burnt cards are not shown like the first card-All burnt cards are discarded
House collects $1 from every player
Buster Bets (Side bet that wages whether the dealer will bust, regardless of hand played)
Blackjack only pays 6/5
Player can elect to play as banker, where the banker plays your hand, and you play the rest of the house

Has anyone else seen rules similar to these? If so, what are the odds for player vs house? Where can you find the odds for these types of non traditional blackjack games?

Yup, it sure is. Quite a few of them in the central and southern California region.
