I must know what kind of food he eats, that is essential. You have to go look at the consumer reviews and stuff like that and see if you are feeding him a food that has a tendency to disagree with the stomach of most dogs. There are basically two possibilities here:
Possibility One
EvenBob is correct that the IP's match, in which event he is violating Rule #4 which is to respect privacy. If anyone suspects a member of having a duplicate account, then such should be reported to either Wizard, JB or myself and anything else is a breach of privacy and definitely a bannable offense if one is incorrect.
Possibility Two
EvenBob is not correct that the IP's match, in which event he is violating Rule #12 which is no trolling/bullying. Obviously, making accusations about another Member of this nature without the necessary evidence to meaningfully support same constitutes bullying.
IP Addresses
I am not going to state whether or not there was an IP Address Match, again, pursuant to Rule #4. However, if there were an IP Address match, then there would be a violation of Rule #11 on no multiple accounts, and I have no knowledge of AoS ever formally or informally requesting an exemption to such Rule. Further, we would not permit an exemption predicated upon the fact that someone actually wants to pretend to be more than one person. Again, I will not state whether there is an IP Address match or not, but as you can see, AceofSpades is not banned, so I will simply allow people to make their own assumptions.

Nice! I find it amazing that he is complaining about small location updates that take a second or two to read, tops, when he himself is approaching the "10,000 post club". A few tips to save some time on this forum since Bob seems to be concerned: Ignore threads titled "Obamacare", "Sequester rant...", or any other thread that devolves into constant arguing.

I think that is quite closedminded of you. Although I may disagree with many of the posters, I am interested in what the other side has to say. I rarely agree with studebaker, for example, but am always interested in his perspective. How boring life would be if I only opined to those that I knew already agreed with me!

But do you complain about the extra time it takes to wade through those repetitive arguments? I don't think so because reading it is worth it to you and that's fine. Also Bob is NEVER skipping those threads! He created the "Obamacare" one! I am just pointing out ways he could "save time" since he couldn't be bothered to read 10-word casino location updates that make us a little closer to the action. Is he going to follow my advice and stay out of his self-created "Obamacare" thread? Hell no.

I think Bob runs hot and cold at times - although he could have been joking, it seemed as if he had a bug up his *** this entire thread. I can take a joke and love to joke but accusing me of creating duplicate accounts and matching IP's puts me in a situation where, if I don't defend myself, then I can be banned or suspended and Bob can claim to be "only joking"

I thought Bob was really into my AC trip reports - and now that chauncey and I have met, and cross-post in one another's threads, it would seem that Bob is not into it...
I think that chauncey and I cross-posting lets two sets of forum members (those who like PGT with chauncey...and those that like my BJ reports) can get to know one another and bring insight to areas of the forum they might not normally read or post in...plus, I think it brings a really "in the moment" feel to the threads

Well, I meant for those forum members who do enjoy my exploits (and now, chauncey's as well).
I, for one, only read threads I have interest in...if a subject does not intrigue me, I do not read it. Therefore, I am never annoyed by any posts unless I subject myself to reading them.

If the offense was indeed clear cut, why does Mission defer to the Wizard of Odds to render a Pontios Pilate decision ? Now Mike can handle it I am sure, but should not have to worry about supporting an Administrator's decision. Having found the defendant guilty, why does Mission seek Mike's counsel instead of using his own powers ?

I actually agree with you for once. But they are trying to have it both ways and I dont see where this will attract many more players. Their reputation is horrible with players and I dont have the answers for them, but I still see new ownership without Kevin and a new grand opening as a start.

Thank you for agreeing with me. As far as reputation goes, most gamblers don't care about reputation. All they care about how much freebies they get. The gambling forum boards are littered with examples of,"I will NEVER set foot there." But, the moment they throw a mouth watering freebie, they forget. It is still fresh in my memory that recently some one had started a thread Titled,"I will never visit Revel again." The Revel management gave few hundred dollars of slot play, returned the bet, sent e-mails, and viola - we are hearing about play at Revel again.
