Yes, and this is exactly what you are supposed to be demonstrating. You have been claiming you have an 80% hit rate and somewhere between a 50-70% edge. <<< It's obviously not even you believe that absurd claim so you have since attempted to lower our expectations with some alternative method that could easily be achieved via simple variance. Hopefully, Mike sees this and has come up with a legit challenge that would significantly reduce the chances of it being simple luck.Quote: EvenBobQuote: TigerWuQuote: EvenBobQuote: TigerWu

There are so many alternative ways you could prove your claims of a high win rate, however, you have dogged all of those with no logical reasons or explanations for why you are not willing to.
It certainly shouldn't take that much time to prove a 75%-80 hit rate over 20 of your best guesses, yet you seem to have made sure to avoid demonstrating that. Obviously you would avoid that at all costs because you have since come to realize just how ludicrous and laughable that claim actully is.

I start turning the clock backward in February, the whole point is to keep my sunset time around 8 p.m. year round.
Before 1918 when the federal government set the official time you could go to the next County in your state and it could be 12 noon in your town and 12:30 in their town. Go to another County and it could be 11:30 a.m.. You can imagine the confusion this meant for the railroad companies, that's why trains were never on time. What time, it was whatever you wanted it to be. That's why you see clock towers in so many old cities and towns because that was the official time for that place. At noon the clock would go off and men would literally set their watch to it everyday. That way everybody in that town at least was on the same time.

This is not completely true. A city or town set their clocks to Noon at the point when the sun was highest in the sky. So for EB's analogy that the next county was 30 minutes different, would simply not be true. It might be a minute or two different.

It depends on the accuracy of whoever it was it who determined it was noon. Somebody could be off by quite a bit and people just accepted it and it was grandfathered in and not changed. So you had times that were wildly all over the place sometimes. All that mattered was that everybody in your town was on the same time, what did you care what time it was in the next town over. You never went there, and if you did their time did not matter to you.

I have clocks so I know when it's time to feed my cats. They have internal clocks and they know exactly when it's time to eat and I better have it ready. If I'm late even by 5 minutes they let me hear about it.
And when you periodically move the clocks forward or backwards by an hour, do you adjust their feeding time by an hour, too or do they have to just get over the adjustment. Or is cat feeding time adjusted by a few minutes each day.Quote: EvenBobQuote: OnceDearWhy have clocks at all if you choose to live by 'minutes past dawn' or whatever regimen it is?

EB's "logic" is inconsistent from one of his posts to the next.
I wouldn't be surprised if his house has stairways to nowhere, doors that open into brick walls, and those rooms that make you look huge when you stand at one end and tiny at the other.
Now that he is moving his clock forward a minute at a time, he will not be able to beat the game. The challenge will have to wait until after the winter solstice when he starts moving his clock backward again.
Quote: MentalEarlier this year, EB was moving his clock back one minute at a time to keep his sunset times constant. This allowed him to go back one minute and bet on roulette after he knew the outcome of the spin. He deliberately only bet on the the known outcome 80% of the time for cover.
Now that he is moving his clock forward a minute at a time, he will not be able to beat the game. The challenge will have to wait until after the winter solstice when he starts moving his clock backward again.

Ahh, but remember, EB plays online casinos only.... if he plays at an online casino based in the Southern Hemisphere, where it's summer, that counteracts any Solstice corrections.
Plus, if EB is a Flat Earther (which wouldn't surprise me), he might not have to correct for that at all.
