You can't put $ into the machine.
You buy table game chips at cage, sit at the slot and give the chip(s) to the slot attendant. S/he then uses their special key to enter the amount into the machine. (I'm thinking security risk!)
When you're done, hit the cashout button and an attendant brings you chips.

Slots do not accept bills. You must get a slot card at the slot booth. You can load the card at either the booth or from one of the slot attendants.

Tables are Single '0' Roulette, BJ (3:2, s17), and 3 types of 3 card poker.
I don't play 3 card poker so i didn't inquire.

3) Moyo casino

It's in a mall but the entire mall area is gated at the sidewalk. Security guards wand you for weapons before you can enter the area.
Protip: Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, not escalator.
Taking the escalator to the 2nd fl leads you to their restaurant. An employee then escorts you THROUGH the restaurant, where everyone is eating, to the casino.
Elevator opens to the casino's reception desk.

Need ID (Ie: Passport). They give you a players card, which suffices for ID for future visits.
Nice, new, and spacious.
No ATM on site. There's an ATM a block away. (Use google maps)

None of the slots i recognize so i played Book of Ra (broke even) while they are finding a dealer for the UTH table for me.

They give 130kes for $1 usd, which is a fraction better than the 129.xx kes official rate.
Protip: If you want to exchange dollars for shillings, do it here.
Teller said with mgmt approval, they will buy back shillings and give dollars at the same 130kes rate.

Slots take bills but cashout to your players card. You then load $ into the next machine from the card.
Take card to teller to convert to cash.

Uth: Min 1k kes, Trips 874 (~3% HE)
Weird deal: Auto shuffler is used. Dealer deals cards one at a time from shuffler then presses button to release the rest of the cards.
S/he then takes those cards and places them in a small shoe.
Then deals the flop then turn/river from the shoe.
After the round is over, he removes the cards from the shoe and, along with the rest of the cards, places them into the auto shuffler.
There are 2 decks so no waiting for cards to be shuffled.

but It takes like a couple seconds to place the cards into the shoe a couple seconds to remove them.
No idea why the shoe is needed. It wastes time plus the extra effort by the dealer.
In the Vegas casino (previous post), the dealer holds the deck (with cut card on the bottom) in his hand to deal flop and turn/river.

Another interesting thing about Moyo casino's Uth:
No burn cards

Initial cards are dealt from auto shuffler.
Then remaining cards are placed in a small shoe.
Flop cards are dealt from shoe Then turn/river, all without any burn.

At Vegas casino, i didn't notice anything unusual in their Uth deal. (Ie: There were burn cards)

Edit:
I was wrong about Moyo's uth deal. Cards are dealt two at a time from the auto shuffler, not one at a time.

There are no points or tier levels. The players card is only to store $.
If you lose 50k+ kes, there's a 10% rebate in the form of Freeplay.

It took 4 hrs to create the reviews (+ edits) of the 3 Nairobi (Westlands) casinos. :o

It is nice to hear that single zero roulette is common. Almost impossible to find in the U.S. unless in a high roller salon.

Those casinos remind me somewhat of what downtown Las Vegas used to be like in the 1980's and early 1990's. I am nostalgic for that.
