I noticed you were one of the few regular posters, on the other board , who just tried to post good honest info & opinion on AC .
There are no self promoting, self proclaimed, destination experts on this board who will try to provoke a poster if you don't follow their agenda.
As far as I know , no post has been deleted, & no topic has been closed on this thread, with zero of the DE ego pissing matches that took over the other board.
Atlantic City is a crime infested dump with no place to go but down!

What struck me is how late in the reshuffle process they did it (attempted to expand Total Rewards to the newly formed divisions)- months after they peeled off their prime casinos into 2 protected groups
- it was like "aw shiit!...we were so worried about dumping the debt on those sucker bondholders, ...we forgot to steal the customers! "
It seemed like, as if, Gary Loveman, was like a fugitive about to flee the country, packed up his designer suits, shirts, ties, shoes etc, boarded the plane, & realized he'd forgotten his monogrammed jockey shorts.

lol ok I get it. I always wonder what they delete. I hate that it says a message was deleted but I can't see what it was.

On my end only for UK. Neutral on ED. UK makes it so easy to dislike him with his arrogant attitude and refusal to admit when he is wrong. I dont think you can find too many people that like him, online or in person. Like another couple that do not post much on there anymore, just talk to a few people that work at Caesars off the record and they will confirm what a pain in the ass UK and Bill are. They only tolerate them because of how much these lose, week after week in Bill's case.
On UK, even now he is making excuses for the failure of Revel, all of which come back to blaming the customers instead of Revel management. Regardless of what UK states, most people who still visit AC and gamble gave Revel a chance or more. They found that Revel didnt want their business through their actions even if they didnt state it. Yet through it all, he blamed the customer and still does. From blaming it on internet posters who hurt the image of the casino, to saying customers were too stupid to leave their current casino players club, he refuses to admit that Revel failed because of their actions, not the customers.
How does someone even argue with someone with his logic and beliefs? Or maybe it is just an act.
Do you think they are actually paid for their "opinions"? What other reason would they have to be a shill?

If you notice, the majority of deleted posts & threads occur on the niteshift- which is ED's shift - as do aliases with only a handful of posts- who never post any other time of day-. Also, right before ED posts, there just happens to be after as many as 6 or more topics closed- he then posts responses to "fluff" posts planted by himself or whomever.
What was the last informative post ED made to an enthusiastic AC player in his role as an AC DE?

As I said before, when I read the LV forum "free for all" on that same site, although many posts are critical of LV businesses, It makes me want to visit the destination even more (As I will next week),.
The AC forum inspires one to take a nap & listen to show tunes - in the comfort of their own home (unless you are willing to spend > $100 in gas & tolls to save $2 on a "Johnny Rockets" coupon).

I think "Atlantis" Bahamas theme branding would bring many times more "wow" factor, around the world, vs hard rock.
Maybe some of those vast empty spaces could be turned into an indoor/outdoor variation of the Atlantis marine & water parks - which actually do draw hi end clientele & players worldwide.

You are correct.
I was given that nickname by a poster from the UK who has since endured a "great fall".
We now refer to him as "Sir Humpty Dumpty".
A shame he's not been able to "put things back together again" since the Revel closed.
you will likely find that the major problem here is everything is mashed together in one lone unwieldly AC thread, so if you want to learn about a specific topic you have to wade through hundreds of pages. That is really not possible. So we basically just discuss what is topical. Perhaps someday they will put a separate AC area here. It certainly would be a big draw.
