However, only months after its initial release, the game's popularity started to decline rapidly. In the second half of 2022, many individuals found conversations surrounding Wordle as stale, overdone, and just simply boring.

I know I bothered with it for a short while only.

Just joined up here. Have about 400 Wordles under my belt. I love hitting it up a little after midnight, when the new game posts. It's a lovely brief meditative exercise on which to sleep :)

Current win distribution clusters around 4 tries, with 3 = 25%, 4 = 40%, and 5 = 18%. Nailed Wordle in 1 on one occasion with my go-to "STONE". Since these stats reflect my play since day 1, I expect my current win percentages for 3/4 guesses are at least 10% higher, and 5 guesses is considerably smaller.

WordleBot, which I review after each play, leaves no doubt about there being superior starting words. I'm about to throw up the white flag on "STONE".

Welcome to the forum darrenhay. The administrator on this site created his version of wordle. You can access it on wizardofodds.com it is called smarty pants. Just search at the top of the screen. Their is a 5 letter word and 6 letter word
It is absolutely free. You enter the date you want to play.you can play it several times a day.it was created shortly after wordlebot was put behind a paywall in case they decided to put wordle behind a paywall also. The 6 letter word you get 8 guess. Plays exactly the same as wordle. Again welcome to the forum
