Easy one today

It helped that "peanuts" and "prize" were next to each other in the opening grid, and I remembered the old Cracker Jack jingle, although I don't think I would have needed it, as this was another of those puzzles with one word that stands out ("Charley" spelled the way it was pretty much meant "___ Horse")
