I see mission just confirmed everyone committed. Thanks for keeping track... I never saw commitments from onm, or djac but it's possible I missed it and I'm not re-reading 20 pages. Axel and missions integrity is good enough for me.
I guess at a minimum we will know who the wizard is 'gently nudging'

Axel's integrity is good enough for me, and I'm going off of his communications he said he had with the other five captains. I have no personal knowledge of anything other than what was in the thread, and also, that I told DJATC my choice is to share if it is up for a vote.
I don't think BillRyan exiting the game was directly related to me joining, at least, I hope not. I don't know why he left, but I wasn't asked anything about ujoining the game until after he had.

Thanks sir. I think OD would look really bad if committed to pump the pot on an all share then voted steal himself. Let's hope his silence last night is a time zone thing. He should be home from church by now.

It is what it is. I think sharing is the best option everyone has, and if everyone else shares and OD steals, at least a little bit of money still goes out. Further, it wqill increase the perceived trustworthiness of the other six team leaders in this game who will have all shared.

From the instructions given to me by my team members, I could have voted 'Steal' or 'Share' without defying my team's majority. That surprised me, to be trusted with proxies and the casting vote. Cheers guys.

I don't know anything, I just find it odd that OnceDear would kick in an extra $50 for no reason. Maybe he was personally curious just to see if everyone would share given enough incentive and he felt Wizard's incentive was inadequate.
So, I guess that's one thing, my base assumption is OD doesn't want to part with his $50. If that assumption is wrong, then everything is above board, which is why I'm advocating for everyone to go ahead and share.
If you mean in terms of DJATC, I expressed to him my desire to share and have no reason to believe he won't. Quite frankly, I hope he does and I will be a little p***** if he is the one to steal. I will say that if DJATC is the only one to steal, then I abdicate my right to my part of the prize and will randomly select a player who:
A.) Is not in the main pool.
B.) Is not in my side pool.
AND:
C.) Who was not on my team.
And, my cut of this round if DJATC does steal will go to the person that I randomly select, instead.

I do, sort of, since I don't know.what's going on. We might have all the ducks in a row now, and that last vote will seal.the deal. OTOH, there seems to be some last minute maneuvering going on behind the scenes. Maybe someone is being talked into changing from steal to share. OTTH, if I had one, maybe someone else is tempted to steal, having already shared, thinking there's an evil.last-minute opportunity.

Indeed. And, if that person changes the vote, OnceDear will have to steal, or Wizard shells out $100 this round. both Wizard and OnceDear pay out $50 apiece.

I think if any captain steals this round what we should do is use the, “Block Feature,” to block his/her posts for a period of no fewer than 120 days. That’s OneNickel’s original idea, he suggested a few days, I suggested 120.
Every player not on that team should block that captain.

I disagree to ***** out. Dat *** gets blocked 120 days. We're already past the point of practicality. Stick to the plans, everyone votes share, don't give into fear and paranoia. Wizard might even just be be trying to cause fear by saying he wanted to count the votes early, when the votes could be all share, hoping to cause a change. I'm understanding the lack of trust in OD, why would he care if someone gets blocked, unless it's him. I'm not giving him an out. I would object to that, unless all captains individually and clearly assert that they will not change their vote before the original deadline. Can't see that happening.

I think this is just manipulation either way. Either the vote is all share or not. Can be either. I'm not tempted. I’m not bullying anyone. I said, “Suggest.” I’m not making anyone do anything. I should like to think I can block whoever I want to, though it would violate a Forum Rule to say I have blocked them after I do.
