Who gets to decide what is quality and what is crap. If you left it up to Democratic Choice it would be all over the map. This is why the people are not allowed to ban books, it's always done by a select committee of bigots. The people would choose to ban 90% of all books out there whereas a select committee would only ban what they don't like. A quality post is only in the eyes of the reader, it's a very personal thing. Arguing about what post is quality and what post is not is like arguing about which flavor of Baskin-Robbins ice cream is the best one. Pointless.
