I'm sure I'm anthropomorphising, but... those eyes. Wow.

I have 15 cats and most of them would do nothing if they saw a mouse because they're too well fed. Of course I have a couple of badasses who would destroy the mouse anyway just for fun but for the most part the other cats wouldn't even bother. Too much work.

That is how my German Shepherd is with animals he catches. He just wants to play with them and when they flail he assumes they are just toys and destroys them. On two occasions he has caught opossums and they just play dead and he brings them on the patio and just dropped them like they were one of his balls. Both opossums survived, none of the rabbits have survived.

I remember my mom screaming at our cat when she opened the door and he ran in with a rat in his mouth.

And very accurate. If I had such a thing it would be covered in cats 24/7. They love stuff like this.

It's a Cat-dominium!

This looks real. I swear most of these look like they’re “enhanced” too much. I don’t care, except enough to mention it.

It's mostly fur, get rid of it and the cat looks much much smaller.

I always feel sorry for cats that don't have another cat to bond with. Cats are very social and they love the company of other cats.
Though, fine, if anyone does it. I don't have to prefer it. Their choice.
Quote: rxwineI'm kind of glad you don't talk about your cats like you're their dad. Or make captions for them with baby voice text.

I treat my cats and dogs like they are my kids but don't anthropomorphize them.

Once they discover how much fun it is to pull the drapes down it becomes an ongoing problem. And you can't teach them not to do it they're not dogs.

I thought about disagreeing with you, because of the below, but changed my mind. If you're not watching them, no telling what they're up to.
