Leftover chicken & spinach curry from Friday (the fairly low-carb version - chicken, broth, curry powder, spinach, and tomato sauce, with no rice)

Yes - combine everything but the chicken in a pot, cook on high for 10 minutes, then add the (pre-cooked and cubed) chicken breasts and let simmer for an hour or so.

beef ribs


sold with the bone in
very tender and juicy if cooked right
not cheap but worth the $
