While I don't pretend to understand this whole vicarious living thing, I'd appreciate it if you allowed Nathan to answer questions put to Nathan.

Well, according to Google, The Historic Lyric Theater near Downtown Miami has gotten plastic surgery and apparently looks great and is even functioning now! In 2013 it was shuttered and looked abandoned and dipilated(My spell check says that's the wrong spelling but doesn't offer the right spelling. -.- Go figure. -.- ) In 2013, it was 100 years old and I remember a fellow bus passenger mentioning to me something like,"That's a damn shame that The Lyric Theater looks like crappy crap." I mentioned,"It's supposed to look like crappy crap. It's 100 years old!" He mentioned,"100 years shouldn't look so crappy!" We agreed to disagree. Apparently a multimillionaire decided he is going to not only make the formerly dipilated Lyric Theater good looking, he is going to reopen it , and he did! :D It's actually getting decent reviews on Google now! :D

Your spellchecker was correct. Dipilated is a word. It means hair was removed.
Dilapidated is the word you're looking for. It means run-down, old and seedy building, shabby, falling into ruins.

Maybe, all in your description of “Great”. Plenty of things that are not great such as a Tax system that punishes success with higher rates. Not great. But we are probably the only place on Earth where certain people can get a free Burger everyday just by stepping on a scale on Fremont. How Great is that?

I think the progressive tax system is fair and necessary, I have no sympathy for high earners paying taxes. But that’s a different thread :)

Without insulting you, that’s pure jealousy and only rewards poor life choices. Make more, pay more, at the same rate as everyone. Hard to get much fairer than that. And it’s what Democrats depend on, class envy. Yea it’s a different thread but Nathan’s opinion on our tax system would be interesting.
