I saw someone mention Cowboy Bebop which is one of my past favorites.

OMG, Somebody here knows and likes Cowboy Bebop.
So cool. Hardly anybody in the general public is even aware of this show.
Great show, really good music, love the jazzy opening theme.
My 2nd most favorite anime ever, after Black Lagoon. Both are similar except Black Lagoon is a lot more violent.

I'll keep Black Lagoon in mind. Most of my limited knowledge of anime comes from cartoon network. Fooly Cooly (Furi Kuri) is the only other anime I really got into, and it was only 6 episodes. I thought Lain looked interesting from a distance, but I never bought the DVD's.

Hogan's Heroes was a favorite. I'll always watch it when I see it on TV, even though I have probably seen every episode a dozen times or more.
It Takes a Thief with Robert Wagner was a good show as well.

The Avengers (1960 version with Patrick Macnee and Diana Rigg) was worth watching too, even though it came on around 12:30 AM.

Edt: Don't know how I forgot my favorite, Alias Smith and Jones.

I LOVED Alias: Smith and Jones; probably haven't thought about it in 30 years. Thanks for the mention.

How about the Prisoner. Loved it, I am not number 6. Who is number 1?
Great show except for the last weird ending episode.

So, without looking it up, can you name the two character names, and the actors who played them?

I know the characters, and I am pretty sure I know the dark haired actor's name. Not sure I have the second actor yet though.

Not without looking them up. I had a flash of good memories when you said the name, and then it dropped back into the ancient stew.

Didn't one of the S&J guys die when the
show was on and had to be replaced?
Suicide, maybe.
