I'd like to do a new web site for my gaming consulting business. As you hopefully know, I can already make a decent web site myself, but I'm looking for someone who can make something very sharp and professional. It won't need to be anything elaborate technically and once it is done, I can make any tweaks myself. Is anyone here interested or able to offer a referral?

Wish I could help, but it's not my forte. Good luck!

I'm afraid I only know basic HTML but feel free to have a look at www.abbapics.co.uk . I used to have another website but my internet provider stopped free hosting so I'm gradually rebuilding the new one. It's main aim is to list all ABBA singles and is also a holder for some photos from dog shows.

fwiw I create most of the pages by using a spreadsheet and scripts.

Also there's a simple fruit machine - although the layering mechanism doesn't work on Opera. ( http://www.abbapics.co.uk/ab-fruitmachine.html )

but I'm looking for someone who can make something very sharp and professional.

to have content and presentation work well together, I would not go the way of say Michael Bluejays' site.
sure it has real good content but no professional look is presented in my opinion.

I would suggest starting with Wix, Godaddy and Google sites.
(I have used all 3 as well as doing my own coding. But I lack the graphic artist talent)

I like Google sites as it has many layouts one can select from
and you do not need to get into the html unless you want. Super easy to change and publish
right from your browser.

you have done very well in the past, imo, keep it up and keep moving forward.
good luck Mike!

I could probably do this, depending on what stack you'd like to use/what features you want. Do u have an example of a similar site that you'd like your site to look like?
