Well, you don't seem to be able to upload photos of your own dog, so I think you advising other people on technology is a little rich.

It looks like she did great - you can see in HB's face and arms that she lost a large amount of weight and toned up. Way to go HB!!!

Thats nice, but her standing next to the people
who were there would be nice. The pic you posted
could have been taken 10 years ago, how would we know.

Wheres the shot on the scale with the newspaper. That
what she always posted up to now.

It's good to have a predetermined procedure for these things. Accepting alternate proofs, however compelling, just opens you up to an especially clever con down the road. It's also best not to break that rule even for trustworthy people where money is involved (unless there's a truly nasty hurdle), just to keep the door absolutely shut. Maxim 30.

I had expected a side-by-side posting of the before and after in similar poses, but the only parameter that ever existed was the number at which she tipped the scales!

I still don't understand this "taking" versus "laying" stuff but I always considered she was more likely to be successful than not and wondered why the men were putting up money in order to lose more money. Always felt there had been some secret code words involved or something.

From a legal point of view, the bet remains undecided.

Curious that the Wizard has not posted the definitive result.

I was wondering about that, too. There has been a good bit of time since the results should have become "official" and I would have thought the Wizard would have been anxious to get the word out and help end this soap opera of a thread (one I have contributed to...so I am not blaming anyone for making it a soap opera!!).

The more time that passes, the more people will wonder...

Me? I hope HB did great, wins, and keeps the weight off...I wish her the best...

Sorry for the late arrival. I had a bunch of errands after the big event. Yes, I confirm the final weight is 151.2. I saw it with my own eyes. I also stepped on the scale myself and can confirm that I trust it.

So, I huge congratulations to HB for losing 99.6 pounds (let's round it up to 100)! Job well done and I was happy to pay. By the way, NicksGamingStuff was also a witness.

I've got lots more pictures, including full body bikini shots, but HB reserved the right to preapprove which ones get posted, which I'm waiting on.

So, to keep the drama going, we can look forward to:

1. More pictures.
2. HB and SOOPOO are in the same city at the same time. Will HB cave in and give him another chance?
3. The one-time return of DorothyGale. No request yet to be temporarily unbanned.

I haven't had internet for a while , explaining my lack of recent comments..... WOW..... Just look at the before and after pictures and how can anyone not be impressed? Although this hasn't gone exactly as I had hoped, the end result is still remarkable. I accept Mike's verification of HB's weight, smashing the 90 pound mark by nearly 10 pounds, and I declare HB the winner of the HB challenge!

All can get ready now for the Son of SOOPOO trivia challenge coming up soon...

I am sure that many people feel the 'before and after' pictures
might as well say 'before and again'
But I think HB realizes that this lifestyle change she's made is permanent.
I have learned that there are extraordinary circumstances and believe that HB
Will be able to focus all of her strength to have this weight loss be the thing
that motivates her to a better longer happier life for herself.

Every single person I've known in my life who
loses a good amount of weight, thinks its
permanent. They think they won't gain it back,
losing it was so easy. And every single one of
them gains it back.

My own daughter lost 30 pounds 3 years ago
and looked great. The fam was going nuts over
how great she looked. When she asked me my
feelings, I told her the truth. She had accomplished
a good thing, but a small thing. Now the work
starts, now she had to keep her resolve and not
gain it back. She got furious with me and said
of course she would keep it off. A year later she
had gained it back and 5 pounds more and was
miserable.

Whenever I saw her in that year, I would tell her
to just start again. And she would say, don't worry
about it , dad. Its under control.

I'm not worried at all, I know people and how they
think.

Regarding the next one, I don't think anyone mentioned that not only did HB win the challenge, but she also won the Wizard trivia challenge. The topic for all questions had to do with weight. For example, states with lowest and highest obesity rates, number of calories in a Twinkie, Richard Simmons real name, and minimum/maximum weight for the US army for a soldier 6'0" and 21-27 years of age. She is holding the prize.

The full length bikini shot next to Mike is stunning! I know HB said she wanted to get to 138, I think, but she looks so good and healthy at 151, it is hard to imagine 13 more coming off...... but if you do it, HB.... post more pics!
