Which we don't have anyway, so it becomes part of the national debt.
Or we then impose Mexican tariffs to pay for it.
Which we pay for in higher prices for Mexican goods inflated by tariffs.
Or we don't buy Mexican goods because they're inflated by tariffs.
So we pay higher prices for the same stuff from US or other manufacturers.
Or Mexico simehow, impossibly, agrees to pay for the wall.
Which they will recoup by raising the price of things they sell us to pay themselves back.
At what point does Mexico actually pay for the wall, ever?
And in the mean time, legal migrant workers, legal immigrants, and illegals, all of whom are the primary agricultural workforce, are not picking and harvesting, and crops are already rotting in thousands of fields. Those are also the jobs that go unfilled in low unemployment, though most Americsns won't do them anyway. Which means our food costs will climb "bigly" due to scarcity, and our exports will fall "bigly" because there won't be anything to ship.
All of this is helping who, exactly, and costing who, exactly?

I already know even if Trump keeps every promise, it will not even be half of the promises Obama completed. Trump made about 1/5th the promises. Fair to say Obama didn't complete but 1/2 of 500 promises. But Trump would have to make a lot more just to compete.
