This kinda reminds me of a few weeks (months?) ago when terapined and tringlomane got all bent out of shape when AZ used an example of a loaded question, "Are you still beating your wife?", to show the ridiculousness of what people were suggesting. I had never heard the counter argument loaded question " Are you still beating your wife?' " before
Maybe its where I was raised. I simply took the above as a literal insult
I grew up in Baltimore in a row house working class neighborhood
That's when I learned all my insults, curse words and how to argue
In the old neighborhood, we went for the jugular with F bombs and other choice curse words rather then come back with a loaded question
