There was maybe 5 in line, couple of them were beautiful women, probably hookers. No one looked underage.
I just walked past everyone. I turned to look back. The people in line looked shocked. LOL.
Must have been newbies for casinos.

If she's alone, I think the odds are higher. If she's standing alone on a pedestrian bridge wearing a short, tight dress, looking like she's waiting for somebody and asks "Can I come with you?", I'm sure the odds of her being a hooker are 100%.
Age checks are a funny thing. Just yesterday, I accidentally age checked a person. As the lead dealer at the venue of my poker league, I had to look at the application of a new player. She looked old enough to be my mother, but when I looked at her birthday, I realized she was three years younger than me!

"In line" where? What do they do - have some securityoid tap you on the shoulder and say, "Excuse me, but could you follow me?" Why can't they just check ID on the floor?

In PA any person under the age of 21 found on the floor of a casino equals around a $15K fine for the casino. At most PA & OH casino I visit they have security guards, ropes and little podiums at every entrance to the casino. In Cleveland they also check every bag and purse that enters the casino.
TABC will shut down or fine businesses if they feel, a business is not in compliance.
